CarX’s published mobile guidance does not document a universal 54% fix, so start with low-risk checks, then follow the steps for your platform. If the game still will not load, send support your platform, CarX ID, game version, and a description of when the stall happens.
Start with checks that apply to Android and PC
- Close CarX Street completely and restart your device. This is a basic troubleshooting check, not a guaranteed or officially verified fix for a 54% stall.
- Check for updates. Install any available CarX Street update and device or operating-system updates, then try again.
- Retry on a stable connection. If the game hangs on a work, school, corporate, filtered, or VPN connection, test a normal Wi-Fi or mobile connection if available. CarX lists unstable access, high latency or packet loss, and requests blocked by a VPN, firewall, or corporate proxy among possible sources of loading or login trouble. Avoid changing DNS or proxy settings without platform-specific guidance.
CarX Street stuck on loading screen on Android
CarX’s mobile FAQ points to Google services, device state, software updates, account conditions, and network or Google Play Services problems as possible sources of loading and login issues. Check these without deleting game data:
- Google services and Play Store: Confirm your device supports Google services and that Google Play is up to date.
- Play Protect certification: In the Play Store, tap profile icon → Settings → About the App → Resolve Problem and check the device’s certification status.
- Google Play Services and system updates: Check that Google Play Services is current, install available Android and security updates, and check Google Carrier Services.
- Device state: CarX identifies a modified Android system, an unlocked bootloader, or root access as compatibility concerns. Treat these as checks; do not modify or root a device to troubleshoot the game.
- Power, permissions, and sign-in: Check whether power-saving mode, low battery, missing permissions, or an account sign-in issue could be interfering.
- Network filtering: If you use a VPN, firewall, or restricted network, try a connection that does not filter Google service requests, if available.
Do not clear CarX Street’s data or reinstall it as a first-line fix: the official FAQ reviewed here does not establish how those steps affect every account or save. Secure your account and save information, or ask support for guidance, before taking destructive data steps.
For context, the CarX Street App Store listing says the app requires at least 3 GB of device memory; regional listing or version details may differ. That iOS listing is not a test of your Android device or a diagnosis of a loading stall.

CarX Street stuck at 54% on Windows or Steam
First compare your PC with the minimum requirements listed on Steam Support’s CarX Street page. Meeting the listed minimums does not guarantee that a loading problem will be resolved.

Be cautious with community file and save suggestions
A Steam Community discussion describes one player’s loading problem and includes suggestions involving folders under AppDataLocalLowCarX Technologies and Steam userdata, checking Player.log, disabling Steam Cloud, or resetting a save using another device. A developer replied that they adjusted that player’s profile. This is a single forum conversation, not a general official remedy; it does not establish that deleting files is safe, current, or appropriate for your save. Do not delete folders or change cloud-save settings as a default step. Back up relevant data and contact CarX support before attempting changes that could affect your progress.

Contact CarX support if the game still will not load
CarX’s Unified Support form asks for your device, CarX ID, and game version, and accepts image, text, or video attachments up to 15 MB. Steam also lists [email protected] for CarX Street support. CarX’s mobile FAQ says: “If you’re still having trouble logging into the game, please contact tech support at [email protected]”
Include details that let support distinguish a startup hang from an event-loading issue:

- The approximate loading point, such as 54%, and whether it happens at startup or while entering a race or event.
- When the problem began, whether it happens every time, and the connection type you are using.
- The low-risk checks you tried and whether anything changed.
- A screenshot or short video if it helps show the stall; keep form attachments within the 15 MB limit.
A separate App Store review dated 20 February 2024 reports a race-loading bar stopping at 57%. That is one user’s account of a similar-looking symptom, not evidence that 54% and 57% share a cause or fix.
