What has changed for the Switch collection?
The original games used the DS’s dual screens. The collection offers customizable display layouts so players can arrange how those screens appear on a modern display. Konami also lists rewind and quick save and load, giving players options to revisit a moment or preserve progress without relying solely on the original games’ save points.
Other documented extras include an art and development-material gallery, an encyclopedia, and a music player that lets you create playlists. Players can also switch among regional versions of each game; each version has separate save data. These are listed features, not a claim about comparative performance or how the conversions feel to play.
