Razer revealed Project Arielle at CES 2025 as a mesh gaming chair with integrated airflow and heating. It is based on the Razer Fujin Pro, but it remains a concept: as of August 18, 2026, Razer offers only a “Notify Me” signup, with no confirmed price, release date, preorder, or retail availability.
What is Razer Project Arielle?
Project Arielle is a concept chair designed to create a more comfortable personal climate around the seated user. Its mesh backrest is paired with a bladeless fan for cooling and built-in PTC heaters for warmth.

Razer describes it as its first heating-and-cooling mesh gaming chair. The “first” claim comes from Razer and has not been independently established as an industry-wide fact.
The chair is based on the Razer Fujin Pro, whose breathable mesh platform provides the structure for Arielle’s airflow system. That does not mean a production Arielle would necessarily share the Fujin Pro’s exact dimensions, weight rating, materials, adjustments, warranty, or price.

The built-in retractable footrest pulls out effortlessly, providing full support for your legs to help you relax completely during break time. The package contains all required hardware, accessories and a step-by-step illustrated instruction manual, so you can complete the assembly easily in about 15-20 minutes without extra tools.
How Project Arielle’s cooling works
Razer says a fan positioned at the base of the backrest pushes air upward through the mesh. The system uses a three-phase brushless DC motor and offers three fan speeds. Controls are placed on a touch panel along the right side of the seat base.
Razer claims the airflow can reduce perceived temperature by 2°C to 5°C in dry environments. That is not the same as lowering the room temperature, and it is not equivalent to air conditioning. The result would depend on ambient temperature, humidity, clothing, body position, contact with the mesh, and whether anything blocks the airflow.
Humidity is particularly important. In damp conditions, sweat evaporates less effectively, so the cooling benefit may be smaller than Razer’s dry-environment claim suggests. The system appears to move ambient air rather than refrigerate it.

A reinforced & rust-resistant steel frame, SGS-certified gas lift, and strong nylon base provide stable, reliable support through daily use.
- Easy Setup & Support: Includes a detailed installation manual, complete screw kit, and QR code for quick access to setup guidance and support information. With everything you need for assembly and a 1-year warranty, you can enjoy your chair with added confidence and peace of mind.
That figure refers to the warm-air output described by Razer. It is not a promise that the seat or backrest will reach 30°C, nor that the user’s entire body will be heated to that temperature. Razer’s published material also does not provide complete information about thermal cutoffs, power draw, operating limits, or whether heating and fan operation can run simultaneously.
Controls, cable and cleaning
The right-side touch panel controls fan speed and heating. Razer’s concept page also lists controls for Chroma lighting effects. The CES announcement mentions a quick-release connection system intended to keep the power cable secure.
Razer says the bladeless design can be cleaned by wiping its surface without disassembly. That does not establish how dust is handled inside the airflow path, how the mesh should be maintained, or whether the heating and fan modules are user-serviceable.
What Razer showed at CES 2025
Razer unveiled Arielle on January 7, 2025, and invited CES attendees to experience it at the company’s showcase at The Venetian, LVL2, Bellini 2101 & 2102. A working demonstration shows that a functional prototype existed at the event; it does not establish that the chair was ready for mass production or sale.

- Most Comfortable And Relaxing: Equipped with headrest and lumbar pillow. When your neck feels sore from gaming or working with head down for a long time, the headrest will relieve your fatigue. When tired from maintaining a same sitting posture, please rest assured to lean back and charge your waist pillow, it will relax your tired waist energetically.
- More Stable Than Others: Common gaming chairs are equipped with plastic legs generally to save costs, but we still insist on applying the same material as the built-in metal frame. No fear of high or low temperature, no fear of the sunshine, no fear of wind, it will not rust and break. Whether child rolls on the chair or a pet jumps up excitedly, the sturdy metal legs will keep the chair stable firmly.
- Liberate Your Feet: Will you feel tired for sitting all the time? Sure. Then you can choose the chair with footrest to relax your feet. When you don’t want to straighten your back and sit, just take out the footrest, put your feet up, turn on your favorite music, and start enjoying the comfort! And don’t worry about clean, it is also made of high-quality PU leather, just wipe it with a soft cloth and it will shine as new.
- Reject Short-Lived Chairs: We never hesitate to apply materials. Armrests must be padded from the position of the elbow to the wrist, built-in metal frame must be wider, and the foam under the leather must be rich, it can’t collapse as if we are sitting on a hard stone when leaning up. The chair has gone through thousands of rotation and sitting experiments before mass production. Sufficient and premium materials can ensure the chair to withstand long-term use.
- Worry-Free Purchase: A detailed instruction will be sent to you along with all accessories so that you can assemble the chair easily. Free replacement or refund within 30 days. Free replacement or repair within 1 year. If you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to contact us, we will do our best to make our customers satisfied.
The original announcement is available from Razer’s CES 2025 newsroom post.
Is Project Arielle available to buy?
No confirmed retail launch has been announced in Razer’s official material. Razer’s current Project Arielle page still labels it a concept and provides a notification signup rather than a purchase option.
There is no confirmed retail price, release date, order page, shipping timetable, warranty, final production specification, or evidence that the prototype will enter production. The Fujin Pro’s price should not be used as an Arielle estimate.

What remains unknown
- Retail price and release date
- Final dimensions, materials, adjustment range and weight capacity
- Power-supply requirements, power draw, cable length and certifications
- Whether a battery option will exist
- Measured fan noise in decibels
- Whether heating and cooling can operate at the same time
- Overheat protection, automatic shutoff and other safety provisions
- Warranty, replacement parts and long-term durability
Razer describes the fan as being as quiet as a whisper, but no decibel measurement was provided. Likewise, the PTC heaters are described as self-regulating, but that is not a substitute for a complete production safety specification.

- 【7-Point Precision Support – Total Body Relief】Extended sitting takes a toll on more than just your back. JECQCUPG engineered a complete 7-point support system that addresses seven critical zones: head, neck, shoulders, back, lumbar, hips, and legs. Each zone receives targeted pressure distribution to encourage proper spinal alignment and steady blood flow. The headrest and lumbar cushion adjust independently to fit heights from 120cm to 190cm. Whether you're locked into a gaming session or grinding through work hours, this system keeps fatigue at bay so you stay sharp and comfortable.
- 【51cm Wingless Seat – Sit Any Way You Like】Narrow seats with bulky side bolsters force your legs into unnatural positions. JECQCUPG removes those barriers with a flat, wingless cushion that spans a full 51cm – a full 13cm wider than the typical 38cm effective seat width found on standard chairs. The generous surface invites you to sit cross-legged, sideways, or however feels natural. High-density, high-rebound foam filling resists flattening, so your hips and thighs enjoy consistent cushioning without annoying pressure points. Comfort that adapts to you, not the other way around.
- 【Sofa-Grade Cushioning – Foam Meets Pocket Springs】Most gaming chairs rely on a single layer of foam that breaks down within months. JECQCUPG takes a smarter approach: dual-layer high-density foam paired with durable pocket springs – a construction borrowed from premium sofas. This combination delivers a plush yet supportive feel that cradles your body while preventing bottoming-out. The breathable PU leather cover resists scratches, wipes clean in seconds, and holds its shape through years of daily use. It's the kind of comfort that makes you forget you're sitting in an office chair.
- 【Synchronized Armrests + 3 Recline Angles】Three optimized angles – 90° for focused work, 110° for casual browsing, and 135° for full relaxation – give you the flexibility to switch postures throughout the day. But JECQCUPG goes further: the armrests are synchronized to tilt automatically with the backrest. Your arms stay supported at every recline angle, preventing shoulder strain and awkward positioning. The seat height adjusts up to 10cm, accommodating everyone from teenagers to tall adults. One chair, three modes, endless comfort.
- 【Steel-Reinforced Build – 150kg Capacity, Easy Assembly】Flimsy frames lead to squeaks, wobbles, and premature failure. JECQCUPG is built around a one-piece steel frame and a reinforced 5-star base – with steel thickness 3mm greater than most competing models. Tested to support 150kg, it offers a stable, secure sit for users ranging from 120cm to 185cm. Smooth-gliding, floor-friendly casters roll silently across any surface. Assembly is quick and frustration-free thanks to clear illustrated instructions and a complete tool set. Backed by responsive customer support – we've got you covered from unboxing to everyday use.
Is Arielle a real temperature-controlled chair?
“Temperature-controlled” is useful shorthand, but readers should not interpret it as proof of thermostat-style regulation. Razer’s confirmed design combines fan-based airflow with PTC heating; the published material does not document a closed-loop system that senses the user’s temperature and maintains a selected target.
Its likely strength is localized comfort. A mesh chair with airflow may help someone who runs hot during long gaming or work sessions, while the heater could provide warmth in a cold room without heating the entire space. Neither function is a replacement for room ventilation, a fan, or air conditioning when the whole room is uncomfortable.
Alternatives available now
Razer Fujin Pro
The Fujin Pro is the closest same-brand alternative because it is the chair platform used for Arielle. Its breathable mesh may suit users who want passive airflow, but it does not provide confirmed integrated heating or active cooling comparable to the concept.

Razer Iskur V2 X
The Iskur V2 X is a currently marketed conventional gaming chair with lumbar support, contoured foam cushions, adjustable armrests and a 152-degree recline. Its foam-and-upholstery design prioritizes conventional support rather than mesh breathability or active temperature management.
For someone who needs a chair now, the choice is straightforward: pick the Fujin Pro or Fujin for passive mesh breathability, or the Iskur V2 X for conventional lumbar support and recline. If the problem is a hot room rather than a hot back, room-level ventilation or air conditioning will be more effective.
Should you wait for Project Arielle?
- Wait for updates if integrated thermal comfort is your main priority and you are comfortable with an uncertain product timeline.
- Buy an existing mesh chair if you need a breathable seat now and can live without active heating and cooling.
- Improve the room first if heat or humidity affects the entire space.
- Treat the performance figures as claims, not independently tested specifications, until Razer publishes a production model and test details.
Project Arielle is an interesting CES prototype, but it is not currently a purchasable Razer chair. The important details for buyers—price, launch status, final specifications, safety documentation and independent testing—remain unavailable.
