How to unlock Cheshire Cat
The documented unlock sequence begins after Alice’s Leaving Wonderland realm quest. The community-maintained Cheshire Cat character page and the individual quest pages describe this progression:

- Complete Leaving Wonderland. This is the prerequisite that opens the follow-up chain.
- Enter Scrooge’s Store to start Mannequin Madness. The quest page lists Cheshire Cat Slippers among its rewards. See Mannequin Madness.
- Continue with Chaos in the Kitchen. It becomes available from Remy after Mannequin Madness.
- Complete Cat Tree Catastrophe. This is described as the final quest in the unlock chain; completing it adds Cheshire Cat and his tree to the Valley. See Cat Tree Catastrophe.
These requirements and triggers are documented by community-maintained pages, not an official current patch guide. If a trigger does not appear, check that the preceding quest is complete and consult the in-game quest log; exact behavior may change with updates.
All six listed Cheshire Cat quest pages
The wiki category lists six quests associated with Cheshire Cat, but they are not all friendship quests. The character page classifies four as friendship quests and two as realm quests; the separate three-step sequence above unlocks the character.

The community-maintained character page describes Cheshire Cat as staying at his tree rather than following the usual villager routine of wandering the Valley or visiting shops and restaurants. It also says he may appear or disappear near the player, while hangout bonuses still apply when he is invisible.
