The strategy depends on coordinated upgrades, targeting, and ability use—not on any one player copying the full build.
The guide is community-authored and its wave numbers should be treated as landmarks, not proof that the route still works unchanged after game updates. Its stated 23:53 “world record” is an undated claim by the guide, not an independently verified current record.
Team loadouts at a glance
| Player | Loadout | Core responsibility |
|---|---|---|
| Player 1 | Electroshocker, Pursuit, DJ, Mercenary Base, Ranger | Early control and support, followed by late damage and Pursuit management |
| Player 2 | Mortar, Commander, Crook, Pursuit, Ranger | Start with Crooks, then support the team with Mortars, Commander abilities, and late damage |
| Player 3 | Mortar, Commander, Pyromancer, Pursuit, and Engineer or Turret | Open with Pyromancer and build toward late-game damage |
The original guide specifies Gold Crook for Player 2, while saying regular Crook is possible. For Player 3, it says regular Pyromancer can substitute for Gold Pyromancer, and Turret can replace Engineer. It does not provide controlled performance comparisons for these alternatives.
Player 1: early control, support, and late damage
Build the opening around control
Player 1’s towers are Electroshocker, Pursuit, DJ, Mercenary Base, and Ranger. The guide’s opening progression establishes Electroshockers and Pursuits; later, Player 1 adds Rangers and upgrades the Mercenary Base. Coordinate the spending and upgrade pace with the other two players rather than treating this sequence as a solo build.

- Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.
- Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.
- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
Coordinate DJ tracks and Pursuit coverage
The guide calls for DJ Red on waves 30 and 33, and Green on the other waves it lists. It also emphasizes redirecting Pursuits and splitting them across sides when needed. Follow the guide’s listed track changes and coordinate them with the team; it does not establish that the same wave-specific sequence remains optimal under current game balance.
Player 2: Crook opening, then Mortar and Commander support
Start with Crooks
Player 2’s loadout is Mortar, Commander, Crook, Pursuit, and Ranger. The route begins with Crooks, with Gold Crook named as the preferred version. The guide says regular Crook is possible but offers less detail about that substitution.

Set up Mortars and chain Commander abilities
As the run progresses, Player 2 moves into Mortar and Commander support, then contributes Pursuits and Rangers for later damage. The guide stresses chaining Commander abilities and coordinating Mortar targeting with the players responsible for Mortars and Rangers. Its wave-by-wave upgrade order is part of the full trio plan; use the original guide’s sequence rather than assuming this role can follow the same economy independently.
Player 3: Pyromancer opening and late-game damage
Use Pyromancer early
Player 3 carries Mortar, Commander, Pyromancer, Pursuit, and Engineer or Turret. The strategy starts with Pyromancer and advances toward late-game damage. The guide says ordinary Pyromancer may replace Gold Pyromancer, but does not provide a measured comparison between them.

Choose Engineer or Turret for your setup
Engineer is one listed option; the guide recommends Turret instead when lag is an issue. That is a practical substitution suggested by the guide, not a tested performance result. Player 3 also shares responsibility for Mortar and Commander coordination, so communicate targeting and ability timing with Player 2.
Coordination rules that affect the whole run
- Do not skip waves. The guide explicitly warns against skipping.
- Manage Pursuit coverage together. Redirect units and distribute them across sides as the map situation calls for.
- Coordinate support actions. Track DJ’s listed Red and Green changes, chain Commander abilities, and align Mortar and Ranger targeting.
- Keep upgrades synchronized with the trio’s economy. Each player has a different progression, and the guide does not present any role as a complete standalone route.
Troubleshooting a run that falls behind
Later waves are not being cleared
The guide’s own troubleshooting points to inadequate Pursuit placement, damage arriving too late, or missing Pyromancer upgrades as possible causes. Check these as hypotheses rather than guaranteed explanations: the source does not independently test them or establish that they apply to every current run.

Lag is disrupting play
If Player 3’s Engineer contributes to performance problems, the guide suggests using Turret instead. It also suggests lowering graphics settings. These are the guide’s recommendations; it does not quantify how much either change improves performance.
