The 2025 Goblin Party Rocket event is over, so these decks are reference picks rather than choices for a currently confirmed live mode. For its fast-cycle control approach, try Goblin Party Rocket, Skeleton Barrel, Dart Goblin, Skeletons, Dark Prince, Log, Ice Spirit and Knight. If you prefer a direct tower-targeting win condition, a separate guide suggests a light Hog Rider cycle deck. Neither option is established as a statistical “best”: the available guides do not report comparable win rates or challenge-completion data.
When the Goblin Party Rocket event ran
Supercell scheduled the limited-time mode for July 28–August 4, 2025, and its associated challenge for August 1–4, 2025. Those dates have passed, and no rerun is confirmed in the sources cited here. Supercell described the mode as featuring a “special Goblin Party Rocket Card” in a limited-time mode. Supercell’s season announcement

Deck picks from the 2025 guides
Skeleton Barrel fast-cycle control
- Goblin Party Rocket
- Skeleton Barrel
- Dart Goblin
- Skeletons
- Dark Prince
- Log
- Ice Spirit
- Knight
This guide’s approach is to defend with inexpensive cards and apply chip pressure. Dark Prince brings a shield, while Skeleton Barrel threatens damage if the opponent leaves it unanswered. Treat it as a documented recommendation, not a proven top performer: no event-specific win rate or completion rate is given. Fyuu’s deck guide
Hog Rider light cycle
- Goblin Party Rocket
- Hog Rider
- Skeletons
- Fire Spirit
- Ice Spirit
- Earthquake
- Firecracker
- Rage
A separate guide recommends this build for players who want Hog Rider as a direct win condition, with cheap cycle cards supporting repeated counters and pressure. It is a suggested archetype, not a statistically verified leader. GamingonPhone’s challenge deck guide

How to choose between the decks
The event’s defining mechanic changes how troop-heavy attacks may play out. A strategy guide says the Party Rocket transforms units it hits into Goblins, making expensive units potentially risky if they are turned to the opponent’s advantage. Its advice is to avoid building around costly units and use a faster cycle to keep pressure up and limit the cost of an unfavorable interaction. Fyuu’s strategy guide
| Decision factor | Skeleton Barrel control | Hog Rider cycle |
|---|---|---|
| Primary pressure | Skeleton Barrel chip pressure | Hog Rider as the direct win condition |
| Style | Cheap defense followed by pressure | Light cycle supporting repeated counters and attacks |
| Evidence status | Guide recommendation; no comparable event performance data stated | Guide recommendation; no comparable event performance data stated |
These are practical selection criteria, not a controlled comparison or ranking. Pick the build whose cards you have and whose cycle you can play comfortably. A deck that fits your collection and decision-making is more useful than treating an unsupported “best deck” label as a guarantee.
