Su Instant Gaming acquisti un codice digitale che permette di sbloccare e scaricare il contenuto sulla piattaforma dello sviluppatore: non si tratta della restituzione di una copia fisica. I termini del sito considerano il codice usato quando viene convalidato sulla piattaforma di destinazione. La semplice visualizzazione della chiave nel tuo account Instant Gaming non è descritta nei passaggi citati come convalida sulla piattaforma; questo, però, non garantisce l’esito della richiesta.

Secondo la sezione 12.3 dei termini e condizioni di vendita di Instant Gaming, dopo aver usato il codice per scaricare il contenuto non è possibile ottenere un rimborso per il solo fatto di aver cambiato idea. Il testo originale in inglese recita: “Therefore, you do not have a right to change your mind and receive a refund once you use your Code for the purpose of downloading Content.” Questa è la regola pubblicata nei termini del sito, non una valutazione di ogni diritto che potrebbe applicarsi nel paese del cliente o in circostanze particolari.
Come chiedere la cancellazione per ripensamento
- Controlla la data dell’email di conferma. La finestra indicata dai termini è di 14 giorni dal giorno in cui l’email viene inviata. Verifica anche se hai già convalidato il codice sulla piattaforma dello sviluppatore.
- Accedi al supporto Instant Gaming. Dalla pagina ufficiale di supporto, seleziona la richiesta pertinente. Per le categorie relative a ordini e prodotti è richiesto l’accesso all’account.
- Comunica chiaramente che vuoi cancellare l’ordine. I termini menzionano l’invio elettronico del modulo di cancellazione dalla scheda Supporto. Indica l’ordine e dichiara senza ambiguità la tua decisione entro i 14 giorni.
La richiesta va inoltrata secondo le modalità indicate dal sito. La finestra e la procedura qui descritte riassumono i termini pubblicati da Instant Gaming e non determinano da sole se una richiesta specifica sarà accettata.

Se il codice non funziona o è difettoso
Contatta l’assistenza appena ragionevolmente possibile e spiega il problema, indicando l’ordine e il messaggio di errore o il comportamento riscontrato. I termini prevedono che si possa chiedere uno dei seguenti rimedi:
- la sostituzione del codice;
- una riduzione del prezzo;
- il rifiuto del codice con rimborso.

Quando viene effettuato un rimborso ammesso?
