Base game versus Revelations: what counts toward the Platinum?
The base campaign has 28 shared trophy and achievement requirements. PS5 adds Trophy Master for earning the other 28 base-game trophies, making 29 base trophies total. Revelations has its own 10 unlocks and is not needed for the base-game Platinum. The game is also listed on Steam as single-player with Steam Achievements. Steam listing; UrGameTips checklist.

- Powerful Investment — Acquire every upgrade for one Shield Rune.
- Melee Expert — Acquire all melee weapon upgrades.

- Trophy Master — Acquire all trophies in the base game. This requires the other 28 base-game trophies, not the Revelations trophies.
Efficient route for the base-game checklist
The campaign has 22 chapters, and Game Complete accepts any difficulty. A practical approach is to collect resources and complete mission challenges as you progress, then use Chapter Select for anything missed. The large cleanup groups are the 32 Demonic Essences, 48 Mission Challenges, 24 toys, 26 Codex pages, weapon and equipment upgrades, and 11 weapon Mastery Challenges. Figures are reported by PowerPyx and corroborated by UrGameTips.
- During the campaign: explore each mission, gather upgrade resources, and work on its challenges and collectibles.
- Buy upgrades deliberately: track which Shield Base, Shield Rune, Melee Weapon, and Demonic Essence categories remain before spending resources elsewhere.
- Finish weapon mastery challenges: complete all 11 applicable challenges; the Ballistic Force Crossbow is excluded.
- Use Chapter Select for cleanup: revisit missions to collect missing items or finish challenges after the campaign.
- Check the base list before expecting the Platinum: on PS5, Revelations unlocks do not count toward Trophy Master.
Revelations trophy and achievement list
Revelations is a separate six-level expansion released July 7, 2026. Bethesda says it is included with Premium Edition and the Collectors Bundle, or available as a standalone downloadable add-on; check the platform storefront for current availability and regional pricing. Bethesda announcement.

Revelations warning for Chasm of Xal’Goroth
Bethesda’s July 29, 2026 Update 4 Hotfix 2 notes identify a problem in which re-entering the Classic Level Encounter in Chasm of Xal’Goroth can leave the player unable to exit. Bethesda’s instruction is: “Please refrain from re-entering the Classic Level Encounter more than one time per loading into Chasm of Xal’Goroth.” Follow that limit while pursuing the Revelations encounter-related unlocks. Bethesda Support recommends confirming that every requirement was completed, allowing time for network delays, and refreshing account synchronization. Its suggested sync refresh is to sign out, reboot the console or PC, and sign back in. If the unlock remains missing after checking requirements and synchronization, the steps may need to be repeated; Bethesda Customer Support cannot manually unlock achievements. Bethesda Support.

The Berserker unlock had a known issue at launch, but Bethesda’s June 5, 2025 Update 1 notes say an issue preventing some users from unlocking the achievement or trophy after obtaining the required upgrades was fixed retroactively for affected users. Bethesda also published a PS5 Berserker hotfix in July 2025. Update 1 release notes.
