Spoilers: This is a historical roundup of Pokémon reported in pre-release Sword and Shield leaks, not an official leak archive or a claim that every entry was authentic. It focuses on reported evolution lines and separates them from regional and Gigantamax forms.
What the Sword and Shield leak lists actually cover
The November 2019 leak roundups combined several kinds of material: new Pokémon, evolution chains, Galarian regional forms and Gigantamax forms. Those categories are not interchangeable. An evolution changes a Pokémon into another species; a regional form is a variant of an existing species; and Gigantamax is a battle form.
iMore’s title-matched compilation warned that some entries might be fake, and reported that images had been removed after a cease-and-desist letter from Pokémon Company intellectual-property counsel. Nintendo Wire updated its roundup as leaks appeared through November 5, 2019. Dexerto, in an article updated November 6, said much of the material appeared to come from an early guidebook but could not confirm its authenticity. These are reports about leaks, not independent authentication of every name or image. iMore, Nintendo Wire, Dexerto.
Reported evolution chains
The table below consolidates lines transcribed in iMore’s roundup. Spellings are normalized to the released games’ canonical English names where the roundup’s spellings differ; the reported leak status itself remains unverified. Nintendo Wire independently included several starter evolutions, with spellings that also varied. Neither roundup consistently establishes version exclusivity for each entry, so no version assignments are inferred here.

Other reported Pokémon and forms
Fossil Pokémon
The roundups also included Dracozolt, Arctozolt, Dracovish and Arctovish. These are individual fossil Pokémon in the lists, not evolution chains. iMore; Nintendo Wire.
Galarian regional forms
Nintendo Wire organized Galarian forms separately from standard new species and Gigantamax forms. The evolution table above labels lines that begin with a Galarian form, such as Galarian Meowth, Yamask and Corsola, rather than treating the regional form itself as a distinct evolution category. Nintendo Wire.

Gigantamax forms
iMore separately listed Gigantamax Machamp, Kingler, Coalossal, Garbodor, Lapras, Hatterene, Centiskorch and Appletun. These are Gigantamax forms, not additional stages in the ordinary evolution chains above. iMore.

The proposed Galarian Abra line
iMore included a supposed Galarian Abra → Galarian Kadabra → Galarian Alakazam chain, but explicitly called it “potentially the most iffy leak.” Treat it as a speculative claim in that roundup, not as an established game feature. iMore.

Reported Pokédex totals
Nintendo Wire reported a figure of 400 Pokémon for the full Galar Pokédex. The same article quoted CentroLeaks as reporting 81 new species and 13 Galarian forms. These are figures attributed through that 2019 roundup, not counts independently established by the leak list here. Nintendo Wire.
The separate May 2019 list
A different alleged Sword and Shield Pokédex leak appeared in May 2019. PokéJungle later labeled that list false and said it would remain online for archival purposes. It is not the November leak set summarized above and should not be combined with it. PokéJungle.
