In single-player, go to Settings > Server Settings > Make Me Admin. On an administered server, enter its AdminPassword with MakeMeAdmin [AdminPassword]. On PC, Ctrl+Shift+C opens the admin panel; Insert or ~ opens the command line. The reference below covers teleportation, item spawning, player and follower changes, server diagnostics, and server-setting commands, with platform and safety limits called out where they matter.
Enable admin access before entering a command
Commands generally do nothing until the current player has administrator rights. Admin access is a privilege for the current game or server session, not a substitute for joining the server normally.

Single-player or a server you administer
- Pause the game and open Settings.
- Choose Server Settings.
- Select Make Me Admin.
- Confirm the prompt. If the server asks for a password, enter its AdminPassword.
The menu route is the easiest method in single-player. The equivalent text command is:

Open the admin panel or the text console
The admin panel and command line are separate controls. The panel provides buttons and searchable administrative actions, while the command line accepts commands and arguments directly.
PC controls
- Admin command panel: press Ctrl+Shift+C.
- Text command line: press Insert or the ~ (tilde) key.
Keyboard layouts and remapped keys can change which physical key produces tilde. If one shortcut does not respond, try the other documented entry point or check the current key bindings.
Xbox and PlayStation
Console players may need a USB keyboard to enter commands. The menu-based admin route can still be useful when text entry is inconvenient, but command availability is not identical across platforms or game builds. In particular, the Conan Exiles Wiki warns that Teleport or SummonPlayer may not be available on PS4. Treat a missing command as a platform or build limitation before assuming the syntax is wrong.

Core Conan Exiles admin commands
The following commands are the practical starting set for an administrator. Preserve the capitalization and spacing shown; replace bracketed arguments with your own values.

Teleport yourself or another player
Move yourself
Teleport is the broad, context-sensitive option. Depending on what you target and the workflow used, it can move your character toward a surface, into the air, or to a player. For a precise destination, use coordinates instead:
TeleportPlayer X Y ZReplace X, Y, and Z with the destination coordinates. Funcom’s administrative documentation also describes copying coordinates, which is useful when you need to return to a known location. Confirm the coordinate values before executing the command; a bad destination can leave a character underground, in a dangerous area, or outside the intended play space.

Go to a named player
TeleportToPlayer [PlayerName]This moves your character to the named player’s current location. Use the exact in-game name. If names contain spaces or punctuation and the command parser rejects them, use the panel’s player selector or the coordinate method instead.

Bring a player to you
SummonPlayer [PlayerName]SummonPlayer is useful when someone is stuck, lost, or unable to reach an event area. It changes the other player’s position, so tell them before using it during a cooperative session. Availability can vary by platform; the Wiki specifically cautions that it may not be available on PS4.
Spawn items and adjust character attributes
Spawn an item
SpawnItem [ItemID] [Quantity]The command needs both an item identifier and a quantity. Because IDs can vary in how they are presented and are easy to mistype, open the admin panel and use its item list to identify the correct entry whenever possible. Test with a small quantity first, especially on a live shared server, and verify that the item appeared in the intended inventory or container.
Change player statistics
SetStat [stat] [value]Use the attribute name accepted by the game, such as AttributeHealth or AttributeStamina, followed by the desired value. This changes a player’s character state and can undermine normal progression, so reserve it for administration, testing, recovery, or an agreed server rule.
Change follower statistics
SetFollowerStat [stat] [value]Follower changes use a separate command and stat name. Select the intended follower first where the panel requires a target, and keep a record of the original value so you can restore it if the result is unintended.

Announce messages and identify players
Send a server-wide notice
BroadcastMessage [Message]This creates a pop-up for all online players. Use it for maintenance warnings, event instructions, or a clear explanation of an administrative correction. Keep the message short enough to read before it disappears.
Match a character to an account
PrintPlayerInfoThe output reports Steam and in-game character names. It helps when a player uses a character name different from the account identity you see in server tools.

GetAllServerSettingsThe command prints available server settings. It is preferable to guessing a setting key from an old list because command names and exposed variables can vary between builds.

Apply a setting
SetServerSetting serverSetting[FString] Value[FString]Replace the setting and value with the entries you obtained from the settings list. Quotation marks may be necessary for string values, particularly when a value contains spaces. Unlike a teleport or flight command, this changes server configuration and can affect every player and future sessions.
Before changing a hidden variable, write down the original key and value. Make one change at a time, notify players when appropriate, and verify the result. Funcom’s Conan Exiles Technical Manual v1.4 warns: “These settings remain hidden for a reason. These can have an extremely negative impact on your gameplay experience. Use with caution.” That warning is especially relevant to gameplay multipliers, progression rules, and settings whose effects are not immediately visible.

Troubleshoot commands that fail
- “Command not recognized” or no response: confirm that Make Me Admin succeeded, then reopen the correct panel or command line. Check spelling, capitalization, spaces, and bracket replacement.
- A named player is not found: run
PrintPlayerInfoand copy the exact in-game name. If the parser struggles with punctuation or spaces, select the player in the admin panel. - Teleport does not work: verify the destination coordinates and remember that teleport and summon availability can be platform-specific, particularly on PS4.
- An item does not spawn: recheck the ItemID and quantity in the admin panel. Start with one item to confirm the identifier.
- A setting has an unexpected effect: stop making additional changes, restore the recorded original value with
SetServerSetting, and restart or reload the server only according to its normal administration procedure. - The command line will not open on console: connect a compatible USB keyboard and try the documented key or use the menu-based admin controls.
Use commands without damaging a shared world
- Grant admin access only to trusted administrators.
- Announce disruptive actions such as summoning, stat changes, or maintenance.
- Record original server-setting values before changing them.
- Prefer reversible, one-time commands for recovery and testing.
- Use hidden settings sparingly; their effects can be broad and difficult to diagnose.
- Keep a short log of who ran a command, what value was used, and whether the change was temporary.
With admin access enabled and the correct entry point open, the command set above covers the routine jobs: moving players, recovering stuck characters, creating test items, inspecting server state, and applying carefully documented configuration changes.
