These are platform-specific aggregator snapshots, not a single combined Concord score and not a measure of player opinion. Metacritic page figures can change; the PS5 and PC critic-review pages are the references for their respective results.
What did critics think of Concord?
The review excerpts surfaced for both platforms point to a split reception. Positive comments emphasized polished shooting, responsive controls, character variety and the immediate appeal of team matches. More critical takes questioned whether Concord had enough originality or a distinct identity to stand out in a crowded hero-shooter field.

Some surfaced reviews also raised concerns about content, progression or whether a live-service game could sustain players over time. Those themes describe the excerpts returned for the platform pages; they should not be read as opinions shared by every reviewer. The scores capture an uneven critical response rather than a consensus that the game was either a standout or a failure.
Can you still play or buy Concord?
No online access is established by the official status information. PlayStation Support says Concord was taken offline beginning September 6, 2024, sales ceased, and full refunds were offered to purchasers on PS5 and PC. For physical copies bought from retailers outside PlayStation, its guidance directs customers to the retailer’s refund process: PlayStation’s Concord Support page.

A PS5 disc should not be treated as a way to restore access: the official support page reports that the service was taken offline. The available official information establishes the shutdown and sales cessation, but does not establish any current retail listing, price, revival plan or whether an individual purchaser received a refund.

In its September 5, 2024 announcement, PlayStation attributed the decision to aspects of the game and its launch not achieving the expected success, and said it would consider options for the game’s future. The announcement is available on the PlayStation Blog Germany.
