What kind of game is Content Warning?
It is a multiplayer horror-comedy game built around filming dangerous encounters. Steam describes it as “a co-op horror game where you film spooky stuff with your friends to try and go viral.” Players descend into the Old World, record monsters and other unsettling events, then try to get back with their footage before supplies such as oxygen or camera battery run out.
After a trip, the team uploads its recordings to an in-game video platform. Ad revenue from the videos can be used to improve gear, giving the group a reason to take bigger risks on later expeditions. Steam lists online co-op for 2–4 players, voice chat and saved in-game recordings.
