CookieRun: Kingdom’s February 12, 2025 update was version 6.1, not the separate February 12, 2026 release. It added five M-sized Truthful Resonant Toppings for five eligible Cookies, alongside Pure Vanilla-themed activities and Beast-Yeast Episode 14 content. The available update notes do not confirm Pure Vanilla Cookie’s story fate.
Which February 12 update is this?
This article covers version 6.1, released February 12, 2025. The App Store’s version history lists version 6.1.101 on that date and identifies Beast-Yeast Episode 14 content. A different release, titled “The Convergence of Fates,” arrived on February 12, 2026; it is not the version 6.1 update discussed here. What were the new Truthful Resonant Toppings?
Version 6.1 introduced five Truthful Resonant Toppings, each in M size. The patch notes list these Cookies as eligible at launch:
| Truthful topping | Eligible Cookie |
|---|---|
| Truthful Searing Raspberry M | Pure Vanilla Cookie |
| Truthful Swift Chocolate M | Sparkling Cookie |
| Truthful Solid Almond M | Kouign-Amann Cookie |
| Truthful Bouncy Caramel M | Crème Brûlée Cookie |
| Truthful Juicy Apple Jelly M | Financier Cookie |
These are the five topping types and eligible Cookies named in the version 6.1 patch notes. The notes do not establish comparative performance, recommended stat setups, or which topping is best for a particular mode, so the list should not be read as a build ranking. Details are from the community-wiki version 6.1 patch notes.
#1 Best Overall
- Celebrate the 5th anniversary of CookieRun: Kingdom with an original soundtrack release made for fans who want the music in collectible form.
- The compact 5.6 x 7.6 x 2.4 inch package is easy to store, display, or add to a broader CookieRun collection.
- Its collectible-style presentation helps it feel like more than standard media and makes it easy to pair with other anniversary items.
- Looks especially good displayed alongside figures, art books, and other CookieRun: Kingdom merchandise.
- A thoughtful gift for players and collectors who connect with the game's music, characters, and milestone releases.
What did the update add for Pure Vanilla Cookie?
The patch notes list several Pure Vanilla-themed events and activities:
- Pure Vanilla Cookie’s Daily Gifts
- Pure Vanilla Pass
- Light of Absolute Truth
- Secret Garden
- Secret Garden Missions
- Pure Vanilla Cookie’s Chest of Trophies
Light of Absolute Truth is described as a mission activity in which players earn Light of Absolute Truth and try their chances at the gacha. These event listings establish that Pure Vanilla was a focus of the update’s activities, but they do not by themselves reveal a story ending.
Rank #2
- Carry Cake Hound with you in a compact CookieRun plushie keyring made for bags, backpacks, pouches, and everyday accessories.
- Made with polyester materials, it has a soft, lightweight feel while keeping the character design front and center.
- It measures about 3.9 x 2.4 x 3.1 inches, making it easy to clip on without feeling oversized or bulky.
- Works as both a small collectible and a practical bag charm for fans who like character goods they can take on the go.
- A cute gift option for CookieRun fans, character collectors, and anyone building a matching plushie keyring lineup.
Does the update reveal Pure Vanilla Cookie’s fate?
No definitive fate is established by the version 6.1 patch-note details. They confirm Pure Vanilla’s event presence and eligibility for a Truthful Resonant Topping, but not whether the character dies, is saved, transforms, or experiences another specific outcome. A story chapter, official narrative recap, or direct official statement would be needed to support a claim about what happens to him.
What else arrived in version 6.1?
The App Store’s version listing also identifies Beast-Yeast Episode 14, Raid: Unfathomable, Duel of Destiny, World Exploration Log, and two new Cookies: Venom Dough Cookie and Pom-pom Dough Cookie. These are separate listed additions alongside the Pure Vanilla activities and Resonant Toppings. The game’s official About page describes CookieRun: Kingdom as a mobile game combining Cookie collection, kingdom building, and battles.
