Pocket Gamer’s page labels Mad Syrup Cookie as its “Latest Addition” while also saying Jackfruit Cookie is out now; both appear in S. The page does not establish which one is the sole newest addition, so this list does not make that claim.
How to use the tiers when choosing whom to upgrade
Treat the tiers as a broad upgrade-priority hint for Story Mode and Raid Mode, not as a rule for every account or encounter. Pocket Gamer says its S+ selections can clear Story stages and may help in Raids; it also notes that A-tier Cookies can be situationally useful, including when a Raid favors their kit.

Start with the mode and objective
A Cookie’s overall tier can hide a strong mode-specific use. Pocket Gamer puts GingerBrave in C overall but says his double dash makes him S-tier for “Challenge! Time Attack!” A low overall placement is therefore not a reason by itself to rule out a Cookie for a particular challenge.
Check role, element, and team fit
Compare what a Cookie adds to the team—damage, support, or tagging and debuff utility—rather than looking only at the tier letter. Element and target matter too: Pocket Gamer notes that Gumball can be useful alongside Cream Soda in Water Raids despite weaker Story Mode utility. A specialist can be a sensible pick when its element or kit fits the fight.

Account for build and survival
Levels, Artifacts, equipment, promotion, and signature-card effects can affect practical results. In Pocket Gamer’s October 6, 2026 update, author Cristina Mesesan writes: “However, when you form a team, all that matters is the synergy, level, Artifact, and, of course, equipment.” A high-damage Cookie may also need protection or healing to stay effective; Rye, for example, is described as a strong single-target ranged Fighter with low HP, for whom Crit and Crit DMG investment and a healer are recommended.
What several high-tier Cookies contribute
Peach Cookie: Fire support and healing
Pocket Gamer describes Peach as a Fire Support/Assist. Her attacks can spawn peach dumplings that heal, while her Ultimate boosts allies’ ATK. That makes her a support option to consider when the team needs sustain and an attack buff, rather than a mandatory choice for every composition.

Honeybear Cookie: shields and damage support
Honeybear is described as an Earth Support/Assist. His Special grants a barrier to allies with Honey Wave; his Ultimate adds Sticky Honey, which increases the damage enemies take after repeated hits, and grants shields.
Cream Soda Cookie: repeated Water attacks
Cream Soda is a Water Fighter/Slash who can cast her Special three times and attack in a cone, according to Pocket Gamer. The guide also names her as a partner for Gumball in Water Raids.
Rockstar Cookie: healing and team attack buffs
Rockstar is a Water Support/Assist who provides team ATK buffs and healing. Pocket Gamer notes that charging his skill takes playtime, which is worth considering when deciding whether his support fits the encounter and your preferred pace.

Rye Cookie: focused damage with a survival trade-off
Rye is a Wind ranged Fighter with strong single-target damage. Her low HP makes team protection relevant, and Pocket Gamer recommends investing in Crit and Crit DMG and having a healer available.

Why tier lists can disagree
Rankings are tied to their date, version, author’s criteria, assumed modes, and roster. A June 2026 Reddit community post presents its LSAB ratings as judgments of potential, performance, and general viability; commenters discuss power creep and promotion or signature-card effects. Mobi.gg’s July 28, 2026 list differs notably from Pocket Gamer’s October snapshot: it places Ninja and Angel in S, while Pocket Gamer places both in C. That disagreement does not prove either list objectively right.
