Crazy Taxi: World Tour is Sega’s upcoming open-world Crazy Taxi game, and its Brazil map is the fourth of five maps planned for the single-player World Tour story campaign. Sega revealed the map at Brasil Game Show 2026 and says it will also be playable in other modes. The game is planned for PS5 and other platforms in 2027; an exact release date and a verified PlayStation Store product page have not been established.
What is the Brazil map in Crazy Taxi: World Tour?
The Brazil map is one of five locations in the game’s single-player World Tour story campaign. Sega describes a setting that brings together dense, eclectic streets, modern city life, coastlines, beaches and dramatic natural scenery. It also says the map will be playable outside the story campaign in other modes.

The reveal trailer was presented by Kenji Kanno, identified by Sega as the original Crazy Taxi creator and producer of Crazy Taxi: World Tour. In Sega’s announcement, Kanno said Brazil’s contrasting streetscapes and modern city life inspired the team, along with the beaches and natural scenery.

Is Crazy Taxi: World Tour coming to PS5?
Yes. Sega has announced PS5 as one of the planned platforms. The announced platform lineup also includes Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC, Steam and Nintendo Switch 2. These are announced plans, not confirmation that every version has a store listing or is available to preorder.
When does it release?
Sega’s announced release window is 2027. No specific day or month has been announced in the cited coverage. Sega’s announcement and contemporary reports from Gematsu and GamingTrend describe the game as planned for 2027.
