Where to find Disconnected Truth
Disconnected Truth is part of the Wanderer’s Way chain. The listed route is Spire of Clockwork → Riddle Square → Origin of Thoughts → Forgotten Altar → Disconnected Truth. From the Forgotten Altar Abyss Nexus, head to the eastern Skybridge Gate. The steps below follow PowerPyx’s directional walkthrough; other guides describe some room directions differently.
- At the gate, use Axiom Force to rotate the pillar until its center section glows blue.
- Climb the raised platforms, ride the floating platform, and enter the light at the top to teleport to Disconnected Truth.
- Activate the Abyss Nexus, look over the edge, and glide down to the opening at the bottom of the pyramid.
Restore the entrance elevator
In the first room, locate the disconnected conduit beside the lit central platform and interact with it. PowerPyx places it to the right of the platform; VULKK describes it as being on the northeast side. Use the central platform as your landmark rather than relying on a compass direction.
Once the conduit is connected, stand on the platform to ride the elevator up. At the upper level, the walls fold down and reveal three node circles above the cables.

Activate the first node
The node on the right is already powered. Use the game’s Axiom Force/grapple interaction on it to activate it. The other two nodes need power restored before they can be switched on.
Restore and activate the center node
- Follow the cable from the middle node through the northern doorway and down through the opening in the floor.
- Trace the pipes along the floor to the separated conduit and reconnect it.
- Continue following the line up the stairs until you reach the outside clearing.
- Use the floating platform and aerial Force Palm movement to reach the blue power block beneath the diamond-shaped structure.
- Carry the block back to the platform at the top of the stairs. Align it with the spotlight socket until the leaf indicator confirms its position, then use Force Current to seat it.
- Return to the node circles and activate the now-powered center node.
Restore and activate the final node
- Go through the southern doorway and reconnect the disconnected wire.
- Pull the glowing piece from the back wall and move it between the upper ledges.
- Climb to the western ledge and reconnect the broken wire.
- Retrieve the glowing piece and place it in the southern spotlight socket. Use the leaf indicator to confirm alignment, then push it into place.
- Return to the nodes and activate the last powered one.
Trigger the mechanism and collect the main reward
With all three nodes active, the large circular mechanism rises. Climb to its center and use Force Palm to activate it, then go to the top of the structure to collect the Abyss Artifact.

Optional underground chest
There is also an optional chest in a crouch-accessible underground side passage. VULKK reports a Faded Abyss Artifact and Insight III/Level 3 Abyss Gear; Games.gg specifies Critical Rate Level 3 for the gear. Treat these as side rewards, not the main puzzle completion reward, since guide wording for the items varies.
