The Screaming Vault is an underground puzzle in Demeniss, west of Rustleleaf Farm. Align the three wall discs—left: the inner-circle line points up; middle: circles sit above upward-pointing triangles; right: the constellation’s double lines point up—to activate the central Abyss Cresset.
Where to find the Screaming Vault
Look in Demeniss, west of Rustleleaf Farm. The entrance is a ruined structure with an opening in the ground leading underground; local map labels may vary, so use Rustleleaf Farm as the clearest landmark. PowerPyx’s Screaming Vault walkthrough places it in Azerian Estate, Golden Plains, while GAMES.GG’s guide describes it between Rustleleaf Farm and the Abandoned Ruins.

How to get through the traps
The underground approach includes arrow launchers and pressure plates that trigger spikes. GAMES.GG recommends waiting for an arrow volley, then sprinting through the corridor. Once past it, crouch beneath the broken gate to reach the main chamber. Other guides confirm traps along the route, but do not give the same detailed traversal advice.
How the puzzle clues work
The chamber branches into three rooms, each with a wall disc. The intended clue route begins with a map mural marked with red crosses; those marks lead to scarecrows in the surrounding fields, whose symbols indicate the disc orientations. The precise scarecrow landmarks are described differently by guides, so use the in-game map or visual references rather than treating prose directions as exact coordinates. Exact disc solutions
If you want to solve the discs directly, match the final symbol orientations below. The visual relationships are more reliable than counting turns, since the discs may begin in different positions.
- Left disc: Point the straight line extending from the inner circle straight up, toward twelve o’clock.
- Middle disc: Place the circular or swirl motifs above the triangles, with the triangle points facing up toward the circles.
- Right disc: Rotate the constellation until its paired double lines point straight up.
When all three discs match, the central Abyss Cresset activates.

What the Screaming Vault rewards
Guides report an Abyss Cresset or Abyss Artifact, along with a memory called Memory of Turbulence or Memories of Turbulence. The terminology is not consistent enough to treat the Cresset and Artifact as separate rewards. GAMES.GG says the memory reveals hidden map locations and reports a new fast-travel location; PowerPyx also says it provides hidden-location information.
