Cyberpunk 2077 has missable content beyond weapons: quest outcomes, endings, vehicles, clothing, cyberware, and character options can also matter. The available guides do not establish a verified, item-by-item list of every missable in the current game, so this is a version-aware checklist of the confirmed risk points—not a guarantee that it covers every one-time pickup.
What can you miss in Cyberpunk 2077?
Game8’s indexed missables guide groups potential missables into endings, quests, weapons, cyberware, clothing, vehicles, and character options. That is a useful scope checklist, but its pages were not accessible for full inspection, so it does not establish which specific entries in each category are missable or how to obtain them.

The distinctions that matter are whether content is tied to a one-time pickup, a timed quest, a story branch, or a route-exclusive reward—and whether there is a confirmed way to recover it. The known cases below are limited to what the cited guides establish.
| Game scope | Known risk | What is established about recovery |
|---|---|---|
| Base game | A selective guide updated September 2, 2026, identifies the Satori weapon as missable and says its location details reflect version 2.31. | The available information does not establish the trigger, a recovery route, or an exhaustive list of other base-game missables. |
| Phantom Liberty | The Firestarter main job determines which expansion ending path V follows; some side jobs can fail if left too long. | PowerPyx reports that free roam remains available after the story for gigs and collectibles, but that does not establish that every quest, branch reward, or pickup remains obtainable. |
Base game: what should I protect?
Satori
A selective weapon guide updated September 2, 2026 identifies Satori as missable and describes its locations as reflecting version 2.31. That is a specific warning, not proof of a complete weapon checklist. The available information does not establish Satori’s exact trigger or whether a later recovery route exists, so consult a current, item-specific walkthrough before passing any point it identifies as relevant.

Other base-game categories
Weapons are only one part of the possible missables. The indexed Game8 overview also flags endings, quests, cyberware, clothing, vehicles, and character options as categories to check. It does not provide enough accessible detail to name and verify every item, quest trigger, or consequence in those categories. Do not assume that a broad category label means every item in it is missable—or that every missable in it has been listed here.
Phantom Liberty: where are the main missable-content risks?
Firestarter: a consequential branch
PowerPyx identifies the main job Firestarter as the point where the expansion’s ending path is decided. Later missions depend on whether V sides with Songbird or Reed. Treat this as a mutually consequential story choice: make a manual save before the decision if you want the option to revisit the other route. The cited walkthrough establishes the branch point, but the available information does not give a verified inventory of every route-exclusive item or reward.

New side jobs: act promptly
PowerPyx warns that some Phantom Liberty side jobs are timed and can fail if they are not completed promptly. Investigate newly appearing side jobs instead of assuming that every opportunity will remain open until the main story is finished. The warning does not identify every timed job or a universal time limit.

PowerPyx says free roam continues after the story for gigs and collectibles. That supports continuing to explore, but it is not a guarantee that all side jobs, branch outcomes, or one-time rewards remain available. CD PROJEKT RED also has a support topic for players unable to return to the Point of No Return after completing “Things Done Changed” (the “The Tower” ending). Preserve a manual save before major route decisions if you want to revisit mutually exclusive outcomes; do not treat post-story free roam as a substitute for that save.

Can I get missed iconic weapons later?
Sometimes, but not universally. Game8’s indexed weapons and missables pages describe the Dogtown Black Market as a way to recover some missed iconic weapons, including certain weapons introduced in Update 2.0. The available information does not establish that the market restores every iconic weapon, or any missed quest reward, cyberware item, cosmetic, vehicle, or story route. Check the specific weapon before relying on the market as a fallback.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. Are item tiers the same as missable weapons?
No. CD PROJEKT RED’s Update 2.0 support guidance describes level-based availability for weapon tiers; those thresholds are not missable-item triggers. Reaching a threshold makes that tier widely available, but lower- or higher-tier weapons can still appear. Each tier also has a Tier+ variant with no additional level requirement.

A practical checklist before moving on
- When a new side job appears in Phantom Liberty, check it promptly; some side jobs can fail if delayed.
- Before choosing a side in Firestarter, make a manual save if you may want to explore both expansion routes.
- For a specific missed iconic weapon, verify whether the Dogtown Black Market stocks it rather than assuming it does.
- Use a current, item-specific guide for any claimed pickup location or one-time reward. The available sources do not support a fully verified list of every missable across both the base game and expansion.
