Epic says it was delisted in 2025, and players can no longer update it through Epic. IRONMACE currently points players to Steam and its Blacksmith launcher for free-to-play access.
Can you still claim Dark and Darker on Epic?
No. Epic’s listing for Dark and Darker – Legendary Status is marked unavailable, and Epic Support says the game was delisted in 2025. New players cannot purchase or claim it there.

Epic’s general delisted-game policy says people who already own or claimed a delisted game keep it in their library. But the game-specific Dark and Darker support notice says players can no longer update it through Epic. An old library entry is not a guarantee that the game can currently be installed, launched, or supported online.
What did Legendary Status unlock?
The Epic listing described Legendary Status as an upgrade from a free Squire account. Its listed benefits were:

Should you buy Legendary Status?
Check which platform you intend to use before purchasing. IRONMACE’s October 2, 2026 Autumn Sale notice says the Legendary Status discount on Steam and Blacksmith runs through October 22, 2026, at 17:00 UTC. That is a time-limited sale, not a standing price; check the relevant platform listing for current availability and terms. The platform restriction means a purchase on Steam will not carry over to Blacksmith, or vice versa.
