Delirious Ancient is a level 52 elite that appears in Zul’Farrak, Maraudon, or Blackrock Depths after you meet that dungeon’s trigger and use Agamaggan’s Roar beside a ghostly creature. Defeat it for one Wild Offering. Guide sources say you can repeat the same dungeon after a reset; the three offerings for The Wild Gods do not require three different dungeons.
What you need before entering a dungeon
Pick up The Wild Gods from the Shadowtooth Emissary in Emerald Sanctuary, Felwood. The preparation route described by the guides is to obtain a Wildwhisper Draught from elite trolls in Jinth’Alor in the Hinterlands, use it near Amnennar the Coldbringer in Razorfen Downs, then speak with the Spirit of Agamaggan to receive Agamaggan’s Roar. Wowhead’s route and the Warcraft Tavern quest guide describe this preparation.

Those guides indicate that one player can complete the group-enabling preparation steps, while each character still needs their own quest requirement. Because the current live group behavior is not confirmed by an official source here, check your quest and item state in-game before relying on another player’s preparation.
Where Delirious Ancient appears and how to summon it
In each dungeon, complete the listed local trigger, find the ghostly creature, and use Agamaggan’s Roar near it. The creature transforms into a hostile level 52 elite Delirious Ancient. Kill and loot it to receive one Wild Offering.

Zul’Farrak
Clear three bosses; the encounter route places the ghostly spider around the Gahz’rilla area. Use Agamaggan’s Roar beside it to summon the Ancient. Some guides connect this route to the Pyramid event or name particular bosses, so follow the encounter progression in your run rather than assuming every guide describes the trigger identically. Maraudon
Clear the Princess Theradras area, then look for the ghostly raptor or devilsaur in the nearby water. Wowhead specifies the upper-level water near the turtles: do not jump down to search for it. Use Agamaggan’s Roar beside the creature. Guides differ in its precise name and appearance, but agree on the Maraudon area and trigger.

Blackrock Depths
Defeat High Interrogator Gerstahn and Houndmaster Grebmar, then complete the Ring of Law event. The ghostly basilisk appears on the Dark Iron Highway toward Bael’gar. Use Agamaggan’s Roar beside it to summon the Ancient.
Do you have to use three different dungeons?
No. Guide sources report that each dungeon instance can yield one Delirious Ancient per lockout, and that resetting lets you run the same dungeon again for another Wild Offering. You can collect the three offerings for The Wild Gods by repeating one route instead of visiting all three dungeons. The reported mechanics come from guides rather than current official Blizzard documentation, so confirm in-game if a recent patch may have changed them. Which dungeon should you farm?
There is no single route established as fastest for every group. One guide recommends repeating Zul’Farrak, while another presents repeated Princess Theradras runs or Zul’Farrak as faster approaches. Choose based on your group’s comfort, route length, which required bosses you have already cleared, and whether you want other drops from the dungeon.
