In Delta Force’s Operations mode, you enter a map to collect loot and must extract to keep most of what you carry. If you die, you generally lose your carried items; items stored in your safe box are the exception. Treat every match as a risk decision: bring a kit you can afford to lose, watch for enemies, and leave enough time to reach an available exit.
This guide reflects official materials checked October 8, 2026. Operations and its balance can change; the official news page lists an October 1 update and Season 11 Reorientation news dated September 4. Check the official news page for current updates.

How do I play Operations in Delta Force?
Operations is a team-based extraction mode. You enter a map, search for valuable items, contend with other players and threats, then evacuate. Successfully extracting is what lets you keep most of the loot you carried out. The mode’s longer-term goal is to build in-game wealth by recovering and selling items.
The current official overview describes three-person squads assembled from four classic operator classes, each with distinct gadgets and gear. Coordinate roles and decisions with your squad rather than treating the match as a solo looting run. See the official Delta Force overview.

What happens if I die in Operations?
Death generally costs you the items you brought into the match and the loot you collected during it. The official beginner guide identifies a safe box as the exception: items placed inside it are protected from that loss. Because a failed run can erase a costly kit, consider the value of what you carry against the risk of losing it.
Extracting preserves most carried items, which can then feed your stash or be sold for Tekniq Alloy. That makes survival and evacuation part of the objective—not an optional final step.

What should I bring into an Operations match?
Build a kit you can afford to risk
The loadout area lets you manage equipment including a helmet, vest, chest rig, pocket, backpack, and safe box. Weapons can be customized in the gunsmith. There is no universally supported best build here: choose equipment with the possibility of losing it in mind, and make sure your ammunition and armor choices are compatible.
The official guide describes six item rarity colors—gray, green, blue, purple, gold, and red—and gear and ammunition levels from 1 to 6. These tiers help characterize items, but they do not by themselves establish a best kit or current weapon meta.

Use a gear ticket if you want a kit without spending your own stash items
Gear tickets provide an in-game kit containing armor, weapons, ammunition, and medicines. The official guide says they can be earned through missions and events and reused whenever you have tickets available. They are a way to enter with a kit while reducing the risk to equipment stored in your own stash.
Choose ammunition with armor in mind
Armor level and ammunition tier interact. The guide distinguishes flesh damage, which affects health, from armor penetration, which affects armor durability. If ammunition is poorly matched to an opponent’s armor, it may do little or no health damage until the armor is destroyed. Treat the guide’s KC-17 example as an illustration from a dated beginner guide, not as a current universal build recommendation.

Prepare your stash and unlocks between runs
Your stash stores equipment and items. The broader between-match loop connects several systems:
- Tekniq Alloy: the main in-game currency, earned by selling items looted on the map or recovered from defeated enemies.
- Departments: missions earn rewards and raise department levels. Progress can unlock more Supply Station items and meet some Black Site upgrade requirements.
- Supply Station: buy or exchange items here for a future match.
- Black Site: upgrade it to produce items and provide buffs in matches.
- Loadout and gunsmith: manage your kit and customize weapons before deploying.
Loadout codes are version-limited: the official guide says Garena codes work only in the Garena version. Do not assume a code will transfer between regional game clients.

How do combat, injuries, and sound work?
Watch your health and injuries
Injuries can result from operator abilities or being shot. The official beginner guide points to basic medical items for healing, but does not establish a complete injury-to-treatment mapping in its text. Carry medicines as part of your kit and consult the current in-game descriptions for what each item treats.
Use sound as information—and assume it gives information away
Listen for nearby activity and be deliberate about the noise you make. The official guide’s reminder is: “If you can hear the enemy, the enemy can hear you too.” On mobile, indicators below the compass use red waves for gunfire and white waves for footsteps; larger waves indicate greater distance. These mobile indicators are not a description of equivalent UI on every platform.
How do I extract with my loot?
Operations lists five categories of evacuation point: fixed, conditional, lever-activated, random, and paid. Which exits are available and what they require can depend on the current map and session. Check the available extraction information during your run, learn any conditions that apply, and leave yourself enough time to get there.
The official beginner guide does not establish exact exit locations, fees, activation rules, or timings. Do not assume an extraction point is usable just because you know where it was in another match.

Should my squad carry the MandelBrick?
The MandelBrick is a high-value supply objective that can be captured and decoded for a chance at rare items. The trade-off is exposure: carrying it reveals the carrier’s position to every squad. Decide as a team whether the potential reward justifies drawing attention, and coordinate who carries it and how the squad will protect that player.
