Its current D4Guides database listing shows 10–30% increased Fire Damage and 6,908 Pyromancy Fire damage on that trigger; Blizzard’s older patch 2.3 description instead specifies an additional 150% Pyromancy Fire damage. Those damage descriptions come from different sources and versions, so they should not be treated as equivalent.
What does Firestarter Aspect do?
The trigger is newly making an enemy Burning. Blizzard’s official version 2.3 patch notes say Firestarter Aspect grants 10–30% increased Fire Damage and deals an additional 150% Pyromancy Fire damage when that happens. Blizzard also states that the effect is treated as a Pyromancy Skill.

The current D4Guides database describes the same newly-Burning trigger and lists its damage as 6,908 Pyromancy Fire damage, alongside the 10–30% increased Fire Damage. The 150% figure is Blizzard’s version 2.3 wording; 6,908 is the current community database value, not a Blizzard patch-note figure. The available sources do not establish how to reconcile the two descriptions.

Latest located official notes
Blizzard’s version 3.2.2 patch notes, dated September 30, 2026, include a Sorcerer fix involving Burning damage from the Incinerate Enchantment not triggering the Tal rune. They do not list a Firestarter Aspect adjustment. That observation is limited to those notes and does not establish whether any undocumented change occurred.
