What was the Diablo 4 and DOOM crossover?
It brought DOOM: The Dark Ages-themed content into Sanctuary, Diablo IV’s world, as part of Season of Slaughter. It was an in-game collaboration, not a new standalone DOOM game mode. Blizzard announced the event as a limited-time Reliquary in its Season of Slaughter announcement.

When did the event start?
Blizzard scheduled the event Reliquary to begin March 11, 2026, at 10 a.m. PT. A separate batch of crossover shop cosmetics was scheduled to appear on March 12 at 12 p.m. PT.
What DOOM items could players earn?
Players earned Dark Ages Currency by defeating Elite and Champion monsters, then used it to progress through the event Reliquary. Blizzard named these rewards:

Lair Bosses could also drop a DOOM chest containing existing Uniques with DOOM Crucible transmogs. That boss drop was a separate chance-based source, not the same thing as claiming the Reliquary’s named reward track.
Which DOOM cosmetics were sold in the shop?
Starting March 12, 2026, at 12 p.m. PT, Blizzard scheduled these items for the in-game shop:

These shop cosmetics were separate from the earnable Reliquary rewards. Blizzard also listed free in-game emblems scheduled for March 11, 13, and 15, 2026.

As of October 8, 2026, the March 2026 start dates are in the past. Blizzard called the collaboration limited-time, but its announcement does not give an end date, so it does not establish when access ended or whether any specific cosmetic is currently obtainable. The official Bethesda DOOM news listing also dates its Diablo IV crossover item to March 11, 2026, but does not supply an end date.
