No direct nerf to Malenia’s boss stats or Waterfowl Dance is documented in the official patch notes cited here. The notes do record fixes for bugs affecting her HP, as well as separate changes to the player-facing effect of Malenia’s Great Rune. Those are different from an announced reduction to the boss’s stats or attacks.
What the patch notes say about Malenia
Bandai Namco’s notes distinguish between fixes to how Malenia behaved in certain situations and changes to the player’s Great Rune. They do not name a direct Malenia boss-stat or Waterfowl Dance nerf in the updates listed below.

Did Malenia’s healing change?
Malenia’s boss healing
The 1.04.1 note is specifically about her HP not healing correctly in online multiplayer. The 1.05 note describes a bug that could leave her with low HP in certain circumstances. Both are presented as bug fixes, not deliberate reductions to her boss healing. The notes do not establish how either issue affected every platform or situation.
The player’s Great Rune healing
Malenia’s Great Rune is a player effect, separate from the boss’s own HP. Version 1.06 fixed a problem with recovery from incantations and items while the Rune was active. Version 1.12 later changed the Rune’s attack-heal effect and its interaction with the Flask of Crimson Tears. Neither note says Malenia herself was weakened.

What can be concluded—and what cannot
The official notes reviewed support a narrow answer: they document Malenia-related bug fixes and Great Rune adjustments, but no direct boss-stat or Waterfowl Dance nerf. Patch notes record announced changes; their silence cannot prove that no undocumented change ever occurred. Confirming every internal change across game versions would require version-by-version game-data comparison, which these notes do not provide.
