The acquisition’s completion does not, by itself, establish how any particular game publisher or development group will be organized. The completion announcement is evidence of the transaction closing, not a confirmation that WB Games was folded into Paramount Games Studio.
What Paramount Games Studio includes
In an announcement dated June 5, 2026, Paramount described Paramount Games Studio as a unified gaming studio combining Paramount and Skydance gaming teams. The announcement names Skydance Interactive and Skydance New Media among the teams, and identifies Tony Driscoll as President, Dan Prigg as EVP and Head of Games, and Shawn Kittelsen as SVP and Head of Creative and Production. That announcement does not list WB Games as part of the unified studio. It says Driscoll would lead integration planning for the Warner Bros. Discovery transaction, but that description is not confirmation of WB Games’ inclusion. What is known about WB Games after closing
WB Games has an official game catalog that includes LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight. That is evidence of a WB Games product listing, not evidence about the publisher’s reporting lines, leadership, label, development teams, or operating model after the acquisition. View the WB Games catalog.

Is the acquisition value confirmed as $111 billion?
The collected official completion announcement confirms that the acquisition closed, but it does not substantiate the exact $111 billion figure. That figure has been described in contemporaneous coverage as transaction value including debt; it should be attributed to the specific publisher that reported it rather than presented as Paramount’s own figure.
