Spoilers for Dispatch Episode 3, “Turnover.” The episode mixes dialogue and relationship choices with two dispatch shifts, sabotage skill checks, and a final decision to cut either Coupe or Sonar. Some early responses have no reported consequence; others are remembered, and the final cut changes who becomes one of Shroud’s minions and which teammate leaves a later shift early.

Royd and Golem: opening dialogue choices

Talking about Robert’s home

When Royd asks about Robert’s “home,” choose from “It’s minimalism,” “I’ve been focused on my work,” or “I’m poor.” Gamepressure’s December 5, 2025 walkthrough reports no consequences for these responses.

Responding to the Astra Pulse

Royd explains the Astra Pulse, and Robert can say “Sounds pretty important,” “I didn’t get any of that,” or “Can you recreate it?” The walkthrough likewise reports no consequences for this exchange.

Reacting when Golem pushes Robert

Robert can say “Watch where you’re going” or “Let it go.” Gamepressure says Golem remembers the reaction, but does not establish which option is better. The guide author leans toward “Watch where you’re going” as a way to show Robert is not a pushover; treat that as a recommendation, not a guaranteed relationship benefit.

Blonde Blazer: relationship responses

Responding to her breakup

After Blonde Blazer says she has broken up with Phenomaman, the response affects the relationship level, according to the walkthrough. The options are “Hope I didn’t contribute,” “I’m sorry, Blazer,” and “Are you happy?” Gamepressure recommends “I’m sorry, Blazer” to improve the relationship.

Reacting to her plan to cut someone

When she says she plans to cut a team member, she remembers Robert’s response. Choose from “I like it,” “It’ll scare them,” and “You sure about that?” The walkthrough recommends “I like it” to increase the relationship.

First dispatch shift: sabotage and skill checks

Gamepressure describes the first dispatch phase as difficult because Team Z members can sabotage one another. A sabotaged hero faces a skill check: passing it sends the hero back unharmed, while failing injures the hero and reduces their stats. Some missions require two heroes, with one of them always sabotaged, according to the guide.

The walkthrough identifies these missions as involving guaranteed sabotage:

  • Beach Clean Up
  • Undercover Drug Bust
  • Landslide

Its examples include sabotage checks based on Charisma, Intellect, Vigor, and Combat. These are the guide’s reported mechanics; which check applies depends on the scene. A failed check carries the injury and stat penalty, so consider the selected hero’s relevant strength when assigning a team.

Team conversation and second dispatch shift

Responding to Golem

In the later team conversation, the options when Golem pushes Robert are “Kick Golem Out” and “Give him the chair.” Gamepressure says these choices will be remembered and recommends being kind to the team and Golem. The game’s “Golem will remember it” notification appears inconsistently in the walkthrough, so do not rely on that prompt as a dependable indicator of how the choice is recorded.

Second-shift missions and suggested assignments

The guide lists these missions for the second dispatch shift:

  • Personal Shopper
  • Line Cutter
  • Ritualistic Solicitation
  • Underground Fighting Ring
  • Personal Security

Gamepressure’s assignment suggestions include sending Prism or Coupe to Line Cutter and Malevola to Ritualistic Solicitation. These are walkthrough tips, not guaranteed outcomes established independently of the guide.

Invisigal: the fate conversation

Invisigal gives up and accepts her fate as the hero to be cut. The walkthrough says this conversation will be remembered, advises treating her kindly, and calls it important to the best ending. It lists three responses to her statement about fate:

  • “Fate is bullshit”
  • “F*ck the stars”
  • “You make your own destiny”

Gamepressure’s available guide text does not establish that any one of these answers guarantees the best ending. Choose the response that fits Robert’s stance, rather than treating a particular line as a confirmed ending trigger.

Final choice: cut Coupe or Sonar?

The episode ends with the decision to cut Coupe or Sonar. Gamepressure says the dismissed hero becomes one of Shroud’s minions. The broader story remains similar whichever hero is cut, but the opponent changes. The guide does not identify either option as the objectively better narrative choice.

Hero you cut Dispatch consequence in the following episode Story consequence
Coupe Punch Up is angry and leaves the next episode’s dispatch shift early. The guide says Punch Up later returns to work with Robert and that this does not affect the relationship long term. Coupe becomes one of Shroud’s minions; the opponent differs, while the broader story remains similar.
Sonar Malevola is angry and leaves the next episode’s dispatch shift early. The guide says Malevola later returns to work with Robert and that this does not affect the relationship long term. Sonar becomes one of Shroud’s minions; the opponent differs, while the broader story remains similar.

If you are choosing based on the roster, weigh which hero you would rather retain for dispatch assignments. If you are choosing for the story, the available guide describes a changed opponent rather than a fundamentally different broader plot.

Source and outcome certainty

The choice details and recommendations here are attributed to Gamepressure’s secondary walkthrough for “Turnover,” published December 5, 2025: Dispatch Episode 3: Turnover walkthrough. The guide explicitly leaves the better Golem response unclear, notes that the Golem memory notification is inconsistent, and does not verify an Invisigal response that guarantees the best ending.
