Usually, yes. A Warden kill is expected to follow Minecraft’s ordinary survival-death behavior: your items drop at the death location, and you can retrieve them after respawning if they remain intact and accessible. No cited source confirms a special Warden-specific inventory rule, so this answer is based on Minecraft’s general explanation of death drops.
What happens to your items when the Warden kills you?
In ordinary survival play, a player’s items drop at the place they died. Minecraft describes the usual routine as: “You drop your stuff, you respawn, you walk back to where you dropped it, you pick it up again, and get on with whatever you were doing.” Minecraft’s recovery-compass article does not give the Warden a separate inventory-loss effect, so applying the normal death-drop rule to a Warden kill is an inference from that general rule.
When you can recover the drops
Your items can be picked up if you reach the death location and the drops have not been destroyed or made inaccessible. Hazards matter: Minecraft notes that “Most objects burn up in lava,” so items that fall into lava may be lost.
When a world rule changes the outcome
The keepInventory game rule can prevent inventory, armor, and hotbar items from dropping on death, according to the Minecraft Wiki’s keep-inventory guide. Settings can differ by world, edition, or server, so check the active world’s rules rather than assuming that drops are enabled.

How to find the place where you died
A recovery compass points toward your last death location. It spins randomly if you have not died or if you are in a different dimension from the death location, so it will not guide you across dimensions. Minecraft recommends leaving the compass at home before an adventure; if you carry it and die, it may be among the items you need to recover. Read Minecraft’s recovery-compass guidance.
