What is David Baszucki’s role at Roblox?
Roblox’s leadership page lists Baszucki as “Founder and Chief Executive Officer.” In its definitive proxy statement filed May 28, 2026, Roblox identifies him as Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer, and says he “currently serves as both Chair of the Board and CEO.” The statement lists him among the company’s executive officers as of April 1, 2026.

These are two distinct responsibilities: CEO is his executive role running the company, while Chair of the Board is his governance role. Because he holds both positions, the proxy says the board appointed Anthony P. Lee as Lead Independent Director.
What confirms that he is still with the company?
Roblox’s 2025 Form 10-K, signed by Baszucki on February 11, 2026, records his capacities as Founder, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Board of Directors. That dated filing corroborates the roles listed in the proxy statement.

Together, Roblox’s leadership page and its 2026 SEC filings show that Baszucki remains the company’s CEO; the filings also confirm his board chair role. Executive positions can change, so the live leadership page or a newer filing is the best check for status after these records.
