How many players can play together?

How to set up co-op with friends
Use the multiplayer settings at the Table of Lost Grace before an expedition. A matchmaking password can help a group connect.
- At the Table of Lost Grace, select Multiplayer Mode and configure the matchmaking settings.
- Set a password and have every player enter the same password, including the same capitalization.
- Make sure everyone selects the same target boss and is using a compatible platform group.
- If matchmaking still fails, check that players have matching game and regulation versions and compatible matchmaking settings. Bandai Namco lists these checks in its official FAQ.
Does Nightreign have cross-play?
Cross-play is limited to consoles within the same platform family, and Steam players can play with other Steam players. PlayStation, Xbox, and PC do not play together.
