No. Forza Motorsport does not support VR, according to the game’s official PC FAQ. A VR headset or PC peripheral cannot enable a VR mode that the game does not provide.
What the official FAQ says
Turn 10’s official PC FAQ gives a direct answer: “Forza Motorsport does not support VR.” The statement appears in the FAQ’s answer to “Will Forza Motorsport support VR?” Read the Forza Motorsport PC FAQ.
Which platforms and PC features are supported?
The official launch announcement lists Xbox Series X|S and PC as platforms, with PC availability through the Microsoft Store and Steam. See the Forza Motorsport launch announcement.
The PC FAQ lists features including ultrawide display support, customizable field of view, and input remapping. Those are display and control options, not a VR mode; the FAQ states separately that VR is unsupported.

Has VR support been added since launch?
An official community questions thread includes a question about PC VR support planned at or after launch, but that question does not establish that support was added. The official FAQ’s published answer remains that the game does not support VR. View the Forza Motorsport community questions thread.

Can a headset or accessory make it work?
No supported setup or accessory is identified as a way to enable VR. Buying a headset, upgrading a graphics card, or connecting a wheel does not add VR support to the game.
