Which tracks are new in Gran Turismo 7?
The Spec III update added Yas Marina Circuit and Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve, according to the official Spec III announcement and Update Notice 1.65. Because “the new track” could mean either one, the same distinction applies to both: selecting a circuit is different from meeting the rules for a race hosted there.

Does the circuit itself require a certain car or license?
The official announcement and update notes do not state a universal car or license requirement for accessing Yas Marina Circuit or Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve. Instead, the update notes list several different events at each venue, rather than one track-specific entry rule:

Those event names show why you should not assume every race at a given venue accepts the same cars. The update notice does not provide the complete current regulations for each event.

Can you drive either new track with any car?
Not necessarily in every race. The chosen event may restrict eligible cars or require a license. Check that event’s in-game information for its specific conditions; a requirement for one race should not be treated as a requirement for the circuit itself.

- Open World Circuits and select a location, then a circuit, then an event. That is the selection flow described in the official World Circuits manual.
- If the circuit is not available to select, continue game progression: the manual says available circuits increase as you progress.
- Before entering a race, open its event details and check the displayed eligibility conditions, including any car or license requirements.
The manual also says championship license requirements are displayed on the World Circuits location selection screen. Check the specific event as well, since the available sources do not establish that all races at either new track share identical requirements.
