Why customer support cannot forward a pitch
SEGA Support says it cannot evaluate or implement creative suggestions through customer-support channels. What happens if you send an unsolicited idea anyway?
SEGA’s published terms say that anyone who submits an unsolicited idea agrees that the submission and its contents automatically become SEGA’s property without compensation. SEGA may use or redistribute the material for any purpose, has no obligation to review it and has no obligation to keep it confidential. The terms page was not directly accessible when checked, so consult the live terms and consider legal advice before relying on this provision in a legal context.

The reviewed official pages do not describe a public pitch portal or explain how SEGA handles invited pitches or proposals from existing business partners. That does not establish whether a separate invitation-only process exists; it means the support form should not be treated as a way to reach one. The published policy specifically addresses unsolicited submissions.
