Yes. Razer says the DeathAdder V3 Pro works with Mac as a USB mouse. It connects wirelessly through its USB-A receiver or by cable over USB-C; it does not support Bluetooth. The standard package includes the mouse, receiver and adapter, USB-A-to-USB-C cable, grip tape, and information guide.
How to connect the DeathAdder V3 Pro to a Mac
Razer Support said on September 2, 2022, that the mouse “should work with MAC as a USB mouse and the dongle will automatically detect the device once plugged in.” Its two connection options are the included wireless receiver and a wired USB-C connection.

Razer lists battery life of up to 90 hours at 1,000 Hz. That is a manufacturer specification, not an independent test result. The optional HyperPolling Wireless Dongle, for higher polling rates, is sold separately.
Does Razer Synapse work with the DeathAdder V3 Pro on Mac?
Razer’s current Synapse for Mac supported-device list includes the DeathAdder V3 Pro, model RZ01-04630. Razer notes that software support depends on macOS version, hardware platform, and peripheral compatibility, so check the supported-device list against your Mac before relying on configuration features.

What to check before buying for a MacBook
- If you want wireless use, confirm you have a USB-A port or plan to use a USB-C-to-USB-A adapter.
- If you would rather avoid an adapter, the included cable provides a wired option, though its computer end is USB-A.
- If you need Bluetooth specifically, this is not the right connection option: the DeathAdder V3 Pro uses its receiver for wireless operation.
Razer lists maximum sensitivity of 30,000 DPI and a 90-million-click switch lifecycle as product specifications; these are manufacturer figures, not independent test results.
