No. The Thrustmaster T248 PlayStation/PC edition is a different product from the T248 Xbox/PC edition. For Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S, choose the model explicitly designated for Xbox; compatibility still depends on the game and how you play it.
Why the PlayStation edition does not work on Xbox
Thrustmaster lists the T248 (PS4/PS5/PC) and T248 (Xbox One/Xbox Series/PC) as separate versions in its T248 support information. The Xbox product page identifies the Xbox/PC model as officially licensed for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One, and compatible with PC: T248 Xbox/PC product page.
That platform distinction is the key buying check: a PlayStation/PC label does not mean the wheel also supports Xbox. Thrustmaster’s reviewed product and support information does not document an adapter or conversion that makes the PlayStation version work on Xbox, so do not rely on an adapter to solve the mismatch.
Which T248 to choose for Xbox
Look for the product explicitly labeled T248 Xbox/PC. Thrustmaster also lists that model in its US eShop. Before ordering, check the exact platform designation in the product name and description; the two T248 versions are not interchangeable console editions.

Check game and play-mode compatibility
Xbox licensing for the wheel does not guarantee that every racing game supports it. Thrustmaster publishes compatibility information for the respective versions; check the T248 Xbox/PC support page and its game list for the title you want to play. The company also provides a T248X user manual.
Thrustmaster says racing wheels are not compatible with games played through cloud gaming or streaming. The game needs to be downloaded to the console or PC drive to use a wheel, according to its T248 support guidance.

If the Xbox version is not recognized
On Xbox Series X|S, Thrustmaster advises disabling Quick Resume if the T248 is not recognized by a game or if force feedback behaves inconsistently. This is a troubleshooting step for the Xbox-compatible version; it does not make the PlayStation edition compatible with Xbox. See the T248 support article for the guidance.
