Xbox’s published cloud gaming limits are expressed as monthly hours, not a separate daily quota. The current US Xbox Cloud Gaming page lists 5 hours per month for Game Pass Essential, 10 for Premium, and 15 for Ultimate. Those figures are US-specific; check Xbox’s page and your account terms for your region.
How much Xbox Cloud Gaming time is included?
Xbox’s current US Cloud Gaming page lists these monthly allowances:

| US Game Pass plan | Included cloud playtime |
|---|---|
| Essential | 5 hours per month |
| Premium | 10 hours per month |
| Ultimate | 15 hours per month |
These amounts come from Xbox’s US Cloud Gaming page and should not be assumed to apply in every market. Xbox says that hours, purchasing options, and features may vary by location. The page does not state a daily reset time or whether unused monthly hours roll over.

When do the monthly limits apply?
Xbox’s September 3, 2026 announcement said eligible subscribers could stream without monthly hour limits at that time and that the new limits would begin in November 2026. The current US plan page now displays monthly allowances. The announcement and page therefore describe different timing contexts; for the terms that apply to you, use the Xbox page for your market and your account’s subscription details.
