Chapter 20, Resurrection, contains 12 secret areas, 392 gold, three Rubies, one Wraithstone, three Demonic Essence upgrades, two Codex entries, two toys and one weapon skin, according to PowerPyx’s 2025 chapter guide. That inventory counts rewards separately from secret areas; some pickups are inside secrets, so the figures are not one additive “collectible total.” Follow this route in order, and check the chapter map whenever a direction such as “left” or “north” depends on which way you are facing.

At the left Siege Tower, defeat its Leader to earn the Ammo Demonic Essence upgrade. Follow the gold trail up the tower’s left side to reach the Yellow Key.

Drop back down and use the Yellow Key on the gate. The room contains both the Cosmic Baron toy and the Resurrection Codex entry.
Left Siege Tower: Wraithstone, statues and nearby secrets
Unlock the Wraithstone
Look for a cave behind the left Siege Tower. The Wraithstone inside is locked until you destroy four wolf statues. Find them in the passage beside the Wraithstone, around the nearby terrain, on a ledge above or behind an artillery cannon, and in the nearby trench. Return to the cave after all four are destroyed to collect the Wraithstone.

Use the artillery cannon in this area to reveal a drop into a secret area containing the Nightmare weapon skin.

Northern underground route and Maykr Drone

In the northern part of the map, locate the surface switch that opens a well, then drop underground.

Climb the wall and throw your shield at the blue mechanism to open the gate. The Maykr Drone toy is beyond it.

Continue through the underground mechanisms. Open the next gate with its switch and a shield throw, then turn the valve to flood the room.

Flooded route: Blue Key and Ruby

Enter the later water section through the red-spike passage. Activate the underwater switch, use the shield on the blue gear, and swim beneath the raised gates.

In the lower room, turn the valve to raise the water. Climb to the corpse to collect the Blue Key, then follow the route to the gold chest and Ruby.

Use the Blue Key at its matching gate to reach another secret path and a Ruby. There is also a separate Blue Key gate near the starting area; it leads to the third Ruby after a short fight.

Secrets before the final encounter
Before triggering the red boss encounter, search the elevator cave and break the blue-marked wall for another secret and gold. In the black-tree area, look for another blue-marked breakable wall and a nearby blue gate; these open additional secret and reward routes.

Final Leader, dragon flight and sky-ship Codex

Defeat the final Leader to receive the Armor Demonic Essence upgrade.

During the dragon sequence, destroy the first Hell Mouth, then target the Hell Fighter ship when it appears. Destroy it before it escapes to complete the Master Hunter challenge. PowerPyx advises reloading the checkpoint immediately if the ship gets away.

After landing on the sky ship, turn around and search behind the landing pad for the Commander Valen Codex entry. Collect it before entering the door.

PowerPyx’s 2025 route guide reports 12 secret areas and lists the chapter rewards as 392 gold, three Rubies, one Wraithstone, three Demonic Essence upgrades, two Codex entries, two toys, one weapon skin and three challenges. Push Square’s 2025 inventory separately lists the item collectibles—three Rubies, one Wraithstone, three Demonic Essence upgrades, two Codex entries, two toys and one weapon skin—and describes 12 collectibles. Because guides group secret discoveries and their rewards differently, use the secret-area count and the specific reward checklist rather than adding the two figures into a single total.
