Steam estimates 1080p at 60 fps on low settings for the minimum specification and warns that frame rate may drop in graphics-intensive scenes. It also says Windows 10 version 1809 or later and a graphics card with 4 GB of VRAM are required for the DirectX 12 API. These are published store details, not a diagnosis of a particular crash.
Identify when the crash happens
Record the point at which the game fails: immediately on launch, while loading, or during a match or other gameplay. That detail helps you describe the issue to support and distinguish a launch problem from one that occurs after the game has started. The official sources cited here do not establish symptom-specific fixes or a universal cause, so avoid treating any unverified tweak as a confirmed solution.

Contact official support if it still crashes
If the game is updated and your PC meets the published requirements but the crash continues, use the customer-support route linked from Steam’s technical issue page for the game. Include when the crash occurs, the game version, and your PC’s relevant specifications so support can assess the individual case.
