Can you play without PvP?

For the physical PS5 edition, Bandai Namco names its regional distributors as Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe for EMEA, Australia, and New Zealand; Solutions 2 GO for the Americas; and Spike Chunsoft for Japan. The publisher set Japan’s physical release date for October 29, 2026. Local stock and release timing may vary.

In a September 17, 2026 announcement, Bandai Namco reported a peak of 189,000 concurrent players on Steam during the PC launch. That is the publisher’s reported figure, not an independently audited count. The same announcement promoted the console release as the game’s “best version yet”; that is Funcom Chief Product Officer Scott Junior’s assessment, not a third-party performance finding. The Filmic Archive DLC was announced at $9.99, but that announcement price is not a guarantee of today’s price or regional cost.
