EA FC 24 Ultimate Team Champions has two stages: Play-Offs and Finals. You earn Champions Qualification Points in Rivals to enter Play-Offs, then earn a Finals Qualification Token by reaching the required Play-Offs progress. EA’s current Champions guide describes a 15-match Finals, but it is a series-wide guide—not a historical record of every FC 24 event’s format or rewards.
How to qualify for FUT Champs
- Play Rivals. Earn Champions Qualification Points (CQP) through Rivals.
- Reach the required CQP balance. That qualifies you for the current Play-Offs event. EA says the number of Play-Offs entries is limited each Ultimate Team season and resets when a new season begins.
- Earn a Finals Qualification Token. Progress far enough in Play-Offs to qualify for Finals. You can save the token and redeem it later; EA says an unused token carries into the next season.
EA’s current Ultimate Team Champions guide documents these mechanics across the EA SPORTS FC series. EA’s FC 24 support page confirms the title, but does not provide an archived FC 24 Champions reward schedule.

Play-Offs and Finals: what changes?

FC 24 event timing could change for a specific promotion. For example, EA announced a delayed Finals start and extended duration during Team of the Season so that the current TOTS rewards would be available. That announcement shows a promotion-specific adjustment, not a fixed schedule for every event: EA’s Team of the Season notice.
What rewards can FUT Champs give you?
EA’s current guide names Ultimate Team Coins, Champions Qualification Points, and Champions Tokens among possible Champions rewards. The guide also lists current Token Store examples: special red-design Player Items, Evolutions, Packs, Player Picks, and vanity rewards such as Celebrations. The available items and Token costs are shown in-game and can vary.

There is no supported evergreen rank-by-rank FC 24 reward table here: the current EA page is not an FC 24 archive, and its reward categories do not establish what each historical FC 24 event awarded at each rank. Check the competition progress screen in-game for the rewards attached to the event you are entering. No pack odds or average reward outcomes are established by EA’s cited guidance.
How Champions matchmaking and Form work
EA says matchmaking considers your location, current Form, and platform and cross-play settings. Location determines the game data center used. Form is your result record within the current competition: it starts at zero, increases by one for a win, and decreases by one for a loss. It resets between Play-Offs and Finals.

EA’s example sequence of win, loss, loss, win, win (W/L/L/W/W) ends at +1. This illustrates the calculation; it is not a statistic about player results. Cross-play must be enabled, and EA describes it as limited to players on the same platform generation—for example, PS4 with Xbox One, or PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. You do not get credit for unplayed matches. When the event expires, you receive only the rewards earned from the matches you completed. Unlike Play-Offs, Finals cannot be ended early to claim rewards immediately, so start a Finals run only when you expect to have time to play within its event window.
