Jude Bellingham is on the cover of both editions of EA SPORTS FC 25. The Standard Edition shows his goal celebration at Real Madrid’s Bernabéu stadium; the Ultimate Edition adds Aitana Bonmatí, David Beckham, Zinedine Zidane and Gianluigi Buffon. The announcement was made on July 17, 2024, so “to be revealed this week” is a historical headline, not a current release update.
Who is on the EA SPORTS FC 25 cover?
EA announced Bellingham as the cover athlete for both the Standard and Ultimate Editions on July 17, 2024. The Standard Edition artwork uses a photograph from El Clásico in April 2024. It shows Bellingham making his “Belligol” celebration after scoring a stoppage-time winner at the Bernabéu, according to EA’s cover announcement.

What is on the Ultimate Edition cover?
The Ultimate Edition cover places Bellingham with Bonmatí, Beckham, Zidane and Buffon. EA said the artwork includes 17 trophies, among them the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Women’s Champions League, Ballon d’Or, Premier League, LALIGA, Liga F, Serie A and Ligue 1. Bellingham described appearing alongside the other players as an honour; EA’s announcement identifies them as football figures from past and present.
When was FC 25 revealed and released?
EA announced the cover and reveal date on July 17, 2024. Its reveal trailer was scheduled for 09:00 PDT / 17:00 BST / 18:00 CEST that day. EA later announced worldwide availability on September 27, 2024, with Ultimate Edition early access beginning September 20. These dates are historical, not upcoming release or access windows. Which platforms did EA list?
EA announced FC 25 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch. Its September 27 launch announcement confirmed worldwide availability on those platforms. Feature availability can vary by platform: EA stated that HyperMotionV was available only on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC in its reveal announcement.

Rush
Rush is a 5v5 mode in Football Ultimate Team, Clubs and Kick-Off. EA said groups of four friends can play together, with an AI-controlled goalkeeper. Manager Career also includes playable 5v5 Youth Academy tournaments.
FC IQ
EA described FC IQ as a revamp of the tactical foundations for 11v11 matches, with Player Roles and an AI model informed by real-world team data. The company said the system was intended to modernize player tactics alongside HyperMotionV and PlayStyles.
