For PvE, Coded Sword is a strong choice for a Faith-focused character seeking holy-only damage, while the Sacred Relic Sword stands out for its group-clearing skill. There is no universal winner: build requirements, weapon upgrades, enemy resistance and the job you need a weapon skill to do all matter. The ranking below uses a creator’s PvE list published for patch 1.13 on August 23, 2024 as a reference—not a verified ranking for the game’s October 2026 balance state.
How to read this ranking
This is a PvE editorial list for the base game and Shadow of the Erdtree. It weighs distinctive holy-damage use and weapon-skill utility alongside build demands, reach or moveset, and matchup dependence. The order follows the 2024 list by Youwy, with practical context where the available weapon guides provide it; it should not be read as a controlled damage comparison or a current balance verdict.
Listed attack power is not a complete measure of damage in play. The available sources do not compare these weapons at the same upgrade level, with the same character build, against enemies with the same holy resistance. A weapon’s displayed holy value therefore cannot establish that it will outperform another weapon in every fight.

Ordovis’s Greatsword
It topped Youwy’s 2024 PvE list. The available sources do not establish a current, independently tested comparison that would support calling it the strongest holy weapon today, so treat its first-place position as that creator’s dated judgment.

Euporia
This Shadow of the Erdtree weapon placed second in the same list. The available evidence does not establish a current damage comparison or explain a measurable basis for that placement; its ranking is best understood as the video’s assessment.

Sacred Relic Sword
The Sacred Relic Sword pairs physical and holy attack power with Wave of Gold, a skill described as useful for clearing groups. That makes it a practical area-control pick when enemies are clustered. Plarium lists its attack power as 118 physical and 76 holy; those are guide-listed values, not results from a same-build test.
For progression planning, Plarium says the sword is obtained by defeating the Elden Beast and exchanging its Remembrance, so it is a late-game option.

Coded Sword
The Coded Sword is the clearest fit here for a character built around Faith and holy-only damage. Plarium describes it as dealing pure holy damage, listing a Faith requirement of 20, B Faith scaling and 85 holy attack power. Windows Central also recommends it for pure Faith builds and says it bypasses shields. That makes it appealing for a particular build and defensive matchup, not a universal best choice.

Marika’s Hammer
Marika’s Hammer offers a heavy-weapon option with Gold Breaker, which Plarium describes as an area holy burst. The guide lists 101 physical and 65 holy attack power. Its appeal is the combination of a heavier weapon style and a burst skill, rather than a proven advantage in ordinary melee damage.

Black Knife
Black Knife’s Blade of Death gives it utility beyond its listed attack values: Plarium describes a projectile that reduces an enemy’s maximum HP and applies damage over time. The guide lists 66 physical and 65 holy attack power. Consider the skill’s special effect separately from the weapon’s direct attack power when deciding whether it fits a fight.

Siluria’s Tree appears in the 2024 PvE list, but the available sources do not provide reliable mechanics for a more detailed comparison. Its placement here reflects that list, not a verified current performance claim.

Halo Scythe is another entry from the dated list. Current comparative figures and verified details sufficient to rank its performance against the other choices are not established by the available sources, so the eighth-place position should not be treated as a definitive matchup ranking.

Envoy’s Greathorn
Envoy’s Greathorn is named in the 2024 list, but the available guide’s bubble-skill details concern the different weapon Envoy’s Long Horn. Those details and its stats cannot be transferred to the Greathorn. The Greathorn’s position here is therefore the video’s dated placement, not a comparison supported by those Long Horn figures.

Maliketh’s Black Blade
Maliketh’s Black Blade is a hybrid-build option rather than a low-investment Faith weapon: Plarium lists requirements of Strength 34, Dexterity 12 and Faith 20. It lists 127 physical and 82 holy attack power and identifies Destined Death as its skill. The substantial Strength requirement is the key build trade-off; the guide-listed attack values alone do not prove how it compares in combat.

Which holy weapon is best?
For a Faith-focused build that specifically wants holy-only damage, the Coded Sword is the most clearly supported recommendation in this list. For clearing groups, the Sacred Relic Sword has the clearest cited skill niche. If you are choosing for a specific boss or enemy, account for that target’s holy resistance and your character’s stats instead of treating listed attack power or the 2024 ranking order as a universal damage result.
