Fringefolk Hero’s Grave is an optional dungeon beneath the Stranded Graveyard in Limgrave. To enter, spend two Stonesword Keys at the imp seal; inside, use the alcoves to survive the poison passage and chariot, then decide whether to risk the Erdtree’s Favor detour or destroy the chariot before facing the Ulcerated Tree Spirit.
How to enter Fringefolk Hero’s Grave
Start at the Stranded Graveyard Site of Grace and use two Stonesword Keys on the imp seal blocking the entrance. The dungeon is optional, so if you do not have both keys—or would rather return when better equipped—you can leave it for later.

Cross the poison passage and chariot ramp
Get through the poison
After entering, take the ladder on the right down into the passage. Cross the poison toward solid ground, then pause before moving onto the exposed ramp. Avoid rolling through the poison: it increases poison buildup, and careful movement is the safer route.
Use the alcoves to avoid the chariot
Watch the chariot’s cycle before leaving cover. Let it pass, then run to the next alcove and wait there for another opening. Check each refuge before stopping because Spectral Exile Soldiers may be waiting inside. At the third alcove on the right, drop down to leave the exposed ramp and reach the lower corridors.

Explore the lower route and choose your detours
The lower corridors contain imps and lead toward the dungeon’s flame-pillar mechanism. If your priority is reaching the boss, continue through this route rather than returning to the exposed ramp.
Optional: take the Erdtree’s Favor route
A narrow bridge leads to Erdtree’s Favor, but two Grafted Scions can drop into the area. This is a dangerous detour, not a required step for completing the dungeon. Take it if you want the talisman and are ready for the ambush; otherwise, skip it or come back later.

Optional: destroy the chariot
You can disable the chariot by using a bow to shoot the flame pillar and trigger the hanging-pot mechanism. The route involves reaching the mechanism from the upper path and firing when you have a clear opportunity. This is optional: you can also leave the chariot active and keep using the alcoves to cross the ramp.

The dungeon’s boss is the Ulcerated Tree Spirit. Defeating it is associated with a Golden Seed and Banished Knight Oleg Ashes. These are boss rewards, separate from the Erdtree’s Favor side-route loot and the rewards associated with the chariot.

Other notable items listed for the dungeon include Poisonbone Dart, Golden Rune 5, Lightning Grease, Stonesword Key, Dragonwound Grease, Grave Glovewort 1, Dragon Communion Seal, and Erdtree Greatbow. The Dragon Communion Seal is associated with a Banished Knight, while the Erdtree Greatbow is obtained by destroying the chariot.
