Bandai Namco’s June 10, 2025 update for Elden Ring Nightreign fixed three weapon-related bugs: an unexpected physical attack boost for certain bows, unintended attribute and status effects from some weapon skills, and eligible weapons missing from loot pools. The official labels are App Ver. 1.01.2 and Regulation Ver. 1.01.3; “1.012” is shorthand for the app version.
What the weapon fixes change
The official Version 1.01.2 patch notes describe bug fixes, not balance changes. They give no numerical damage adjustments.

Bow physical attack power
A bow with the passive effect “Add (Magic/Lightning/Holy) to Weapon” could gain more physical attack power than intended. The update addresses that behavior.
Non-direct weapon skill attacks
Some non-direct attacks from specific weapon skills could apply the weapon’s attribute attack power and status ailment. The notes do not name the affected skills or list individual weapons.

Loot for projectile damage drop-off weapons
Weapons with “Projectile Damage Drop-Off Reduced” were missing from the loot pools of chests and felled enemies. The fix addresses their omission.
Other issues addressed in Version 1.01.2
The same update also lists fixes for several non-weapon issues:
- A Demon Merchant appearance issue during Guardian’s Remembrance.
- Repeated actions by Libra.
- Instability during the battle against Adel, Baron of Night.
- An inability to rescue a player after Wormface’s grab attack.
What the publisher says about similar bugs
Bandai Namco cautioned that these fixes might not eliminate every occurrence: “Although this update includes bugfixes, we are aware that similar issues may still occur under some conditions, and we are continuing to work on resolving them.”

Platforms, versions, and installing the update
The June 10, 2025 notes list PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam as targeted platforms. They identify the update as App Ver. 1.01.2 and Regulation Ver. 1.01.3.

Is Patch 1.01.2 still the current update?
No. The official Nightreign news listing includes a later Version 1.03.2 entry, so 1.01.2 is historical patch coverage. That listing does not establish whether each of the specific bugs described here remains relevant in the current build.
