How event quests work
Some Elvenar events divide their quests into two phases. First, you complete a fixed set of sequential quests in order. This phase has no time limit, so you can work through the available sequence without waiting for a daily unlock. InnoGames describes this first group as “sequential quests” in its event quest cooldown support article.
After the sequential quests are finished, the event moves to episodic quests. In this phase, one quest becomes available per day. The schedule is designed so players can complete the available episodic quests together within a 24-hour window. The exact number of quests and any event-specific rules should be checked on that event’s own information; the support explanation does not establish that every event has identical totals or details.
Why an event quest has a cooldown
If you have completed all the sequential event quests and the next one is unavailable, you may have reached the episodic phase rather than encountered a bug. InnoGames says episodic quests unlock at a rate of one per day. The wait is part of the event pacing, so check back when the next daily quest becomes available.

How Season daily quests work
Season quests are a separate system from event episodic quests. Each day, the Season provides four new Daily Quests. Completing them awards Season Petals, which contribute to progress on the Season Rewards Lane, and a Daily Key for each completed quest.
Collect all four Daily Keys by completing that day’s four tasks to open the Daily Chest. The chest awards a random prize. After that daily set, the next four quests arrive the following day. InnoGames explains the key requirement in its Daily Quests and Daily Chest support article.

Where to check Season progress
The Season event window shows your quest status, the time remaining in the Season and your current Rewards Lane level. Use it to see which daily tasks remain and how your Season progress is advancing. InnoGames describes these displays in its Season quests and progression support article.
