Rather than simply capturing creatures, players record monsters onto cassette tapes. Playing a recording lets the character transform into that monster for combat.
Battle, fuse, and explore
Combat is turn-based, with elemental interactions affecting battles. The fusion system lets players combine two monster forms, while monster abilities also help with exploration and puzzles. Epic lists local and online multiplayer features.
