Can you still claim the Styx games?
No. The January 22, 2026 deadline has passed. Epic Games Player Support says free promotions run for a limited period and a game must be claimed within the indicated window to be added to an account. Does a free game need to be downloaded before the offer ends?
No. Claiming and downloading are separate: Epic says a game stays in your library permanently once claimed, even if you do not download it right away. You do need to claim it while the promotion is active. For a weekly free game, Epic also requires an Epic account with two-factor authentication enabled.

Epic’s general guidance says a new weekly offer becomes available Thursday at 8 AM PT and lasts seven days. Those are general rules and do not establish the precise expiry time for the past Styx promotion.
