Corporate Secrets is a Mechanic quest on Lighthouse. Find the two documents in separate upstairs offices at the water treatment plant, extract with them, then hand them to Mechanic. The Official Escape from Tarkov Wiki lists level 17 as the start level, but sources disagree about the prerequisite task; check your live task list if the quest is not available.
Quest availability and objectives
The Official Escape from Tarkov Wiki lists Corporate Secrets as a Mechanic task available at level 17, following Farming – Part 3. Tarkov.help also lists level 17, but displays a different prerequisite: “Loyalty level – 3 (Mechanic).” Because those requirements conflict, treat the prerequisite as unsettled. If you are level 17 and cannot accept the task, check Mechanic’s current in-game task list and complete any other tasks it identifies as prerequisites. Official Escape from Tarkov Wiki; Tarkov.help
The quest takes place at the water treatment plant in northern Lighthouse. Its objectives are to find water pump operation data, hand over that extracted data, find the pumping station operation report, and hand over that extracted report.

Both quest items appear only while Corporate Secrets is active. The Wiki places them in these locations:

The available walkthrough does not establish a required collection order. If it is practical, collect both documents in one raid; otherwise, you can work on them across raids while the task is active.
Extract and hand the documents to Mechanic
- Make sure Corporate Secrets is active before entering the water treatment plant.
- Search the upstairs left-hand office in building 2 for the water pump operation data, and the upstairs left-hand office in building 1 for the pumping station operation report.
- Extract from the raid with the documents. The Official Wiki says failing to extract causes you to lose the quest items.
- After extraction, turn in each document to Mechanic through the task hand-in interface.
Tarkov.help advises clearing the area of Rogues before collecting the folders. That is a tactical suggestion, not a stated quest requirement or a guarantee that the buildings will be safe.

Rewards and quest-chain notes
The Official Wiki and Tarkov.help both list the base reward as 8,000 EXP, +0.02 Mechanic reputation, and 40,000 roubles. The Official Wiki also lists these purchase unlocks: the Kalashnikov AK-104 7.62×39 assault rifle (variant RPKT mod.1) at Ref loyalty level 2, and the DevTac Ronin ballistic helmet at Mechanic loyalty level 2. The Official Wiki marks Corporate Secrets as required for the Kappa container and lists Surveillance as a following quest. Kappa requirements can change, so confirm the current requirements in game before relying on that listing.
