To complete Therapist’s Disease History quest, reach level 15, finish Pharmacist, then search two locked rooms on the second floor of the White Bishop hospital building on Reserve. You need the RB-KSM and RB-SMP keys, and you must extract with each medical record before handing both to Therapist.
Quest requirements and preparation
- Trader: Therapist.
- Unlock: Reach level 15 and complete Pharmacist.
- Map: Reserve.
- Keys: RB-KSM and RB-SMP. Each opens a different room, so neither key substitutes for the other.
The quest details and room locations are listed by TarkovHead’s Disease History guide. Check your current in-game objectives before deploying in case quest requirements have changed.
Where to find both medical records
Both rooms are on the second floor of the White Bishop hospital building on Reserve. Use the matching key for each room.
Medical record #1: RB-KSM
- Enter room RB-KSM with the RB-KSM key.
- After entering, check the bottom-right compartment of the cabinet on your left.
- Take the journal to register Medical record #1.
Medical record #2: RB-SMP
- Enter room RB-SMP with the RB-SMP key.
- Look on the floor between the shelves on your right after entering.
- Take the journal to register Medical record #2.
Extract and hand the records to Therapist
The records are quest handover items, and the guide notes that you lose a journal if you fail to extract. Plan to leave Reserve safely after picking one up; confirm the objective state in-game and meet its extraction requirements before starting another trip. The available quest references do not establish that both records must be collected in the same raid, so separate trips are an option if that better suits your route or key access.
