The notes also describe three separate transition-related fixes, including an online PvE Zone issue and two interface-display problems. They do not say every transition issue is resolved.
What the transition fix addresses
Battlestate Games’ Patch 1.2.0.0 notes state: “Fixed an issue that prevented transitions between locations after a series of transitions in certain cases;” The wording identifies a progression problem after multiple transitions, but does not specify the triggering sequence, how often it occurred, or which modes were affected. SteamDB’s patch record reproduces the detailed notes and links to the Steam Community announcement.
Other transition-related fixes in Patch 1.2.0.0
The patch notes list four distinct transition-related entries. They describe different problems, so they should not be treated as one catch-all fix.
| Problem described | What the notes say |
|---|---|
| Blocked location progression | An issue could prevent transitions between locations after a series of transitions in certain cases. |
| Online PvE Zone raids | An issue could prevent players from transitioning in online PvE Zone raids in certain cases. |
| Icebreaker money-transfer screen | The money-transfer screen could display incorrectly when transitioning to Icebreaker in certain cases. |
| Lighthouse transition list | The transition list could display incorrectly in certain cases. |
The first two entries concern the ability to progress between locations. The Icebreaker and Lighthouse entries describe display issues; the notes do not say those interface problems prevented a transition.

What the notes do—and do not—confirm
The patch record identifies Patch 1.2.0.0 and gives its date as 6 October 2026; SteamDB states that its site times are UTC. Battlestate Games lists these as fixes, but the notes provide no reproduction steps, independent validation report, incident count, or success rate. They therefore support saying the update is intended to address the described cases—not promising that every player’s transition problems are gone.
The same notes say server-side player-position synchronization was improved to reduce rubber-banding, with further network synchronization improvements planned for future updates. They do not connect that change to the multi-transition bug or identify networking as its cause. See the patch record.

If transitions still fail
If you encounter a similar problem after updating, check the latest official patch notes and report the issue through the game’s support channels. Patch 1.2.0.0 does not provide a specific workaround or identify a hardware cause, so the notes do not support recommending hardware changes, reinstalling the game, or using third-party optimization tools as a fix.
