Here’s the confirmed roster, with those categories kept separate so it’s clear who is a standard roster pick and who has an extra unlock or edition requirement.
Returning skaters
Activision’s June 12, 2025 roster feature names 21 returning skaters from THPS 3, THPS 4 and other games in the series. That wording does not mean every skater appeared in both original games.

Unlockable secret skaters
Activision’s official reveal identifies Andy Anderson and Bam Margera as secret skaters. A July 10, 2025 guide from PC Gamer reports five unlockable secrets and their requirements:

Activision’s FAQ lists Doom Slayer and Revenant as Digital Deluxe skaters, alongside Doom-themed extras. They are edition-linked characters rather than part of the returning and new skater lists above. Check Activision’s FAQ for edition details.

When did the game launch, and where is it available?
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 launched July 11, 2025. Activision lists PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, the Nintendo Switch family, and PC storefronts; exact availability depends on platform and edition. The FAQ describes standard physical editions for consoles and PC editions as digital downloads. See the official product page.
The Collector’s Edition includes a physical game copy and a full-size Birdhouse “Wings” deck. The deck is a collectible, not a complete skateboard: trucks, wheels, grip tape and other parts are not included, according to Activision’s FAQ.
